Dai-ichi Seiko breaks ground for new Build-to-Suit facility at Nusajaya Tech Park

07 Aug 2017

Dai-ichi Seiko, a world-leading manufacturer of precision engineering components, celebrated the ground-breaking of its new Build-to-Suit facility at Nusajaya Tech Park on 9 August 2017. The ceremony was officiated by Dai-ichi Seiko Group President Mr Konishi Hideki and ASB Deputy Group CEO Mr Manohar Khiatani.

“Nusajaya Tech Park’s proximity to the High-Speed Rail, highway and Singapore is the utmost important factor when we decide on the location. The strong track record of Ascendas-Singbridge Group in working with high quality and long-term tenants in their various industrial parks also attracted us,” said Mrs Diana Peh, Managing Director of Singapore Dai-ichi Pte Ltd. Spread over a land area of more than 4.4 hectares, the new facility which is Dai-ichi Seiko’s largest manufacturing facility in South Asia, will support the strategic expansion of their high-tech automotive sensor business in the region.
