EDB and 19 companies donate 100,000 masks and 5 tonnes hand sanitisers to Johor Government

In the ongoing fight against COVID-19 pandemic, 19 companies including CapitaLand - one of the joint-venture partners of Nusajaya Tech Park, have partnered with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) to donate 100,000 N95 face masks and 5 tonnes of hand sanitisers to the Johor State Government to support the frontline healthcare workers in Johor. The masks and hand sanitisers were officially handed over by EDB Chairman Dr Beh Swan Gin to Johor Menteri Besar, YAB Datuk Haji Hasni Mohammad, via a virtual handover ceremony on 3 June 2020.

Food from the heart

In collaboration with Iskandar Puteri City Council (MBIP), Capitaland Hope Foundation and the Johor Bahru Land Office (PDJB), Nusajaya Tech Park contributed to a food donation drive for families who have been adversely affected by Malaysia's Movement Control Order. The groceries were delivered to 300 needy families in mid April 2020.

Caring for our Nusajaya Tech Park community

In addition to keeping our park occupiers updated on important government announcements, we have distributed protective masks and hand sanitisers to companies to enhance their preparedness and work safety as some of them return to work at Nusajaya Tech Park during the Conditional Movement Control Order period. A hotline has also been setup to provide operational assistance to those in need.
