Aik Phong Ng

Managing Director (Fave)

Aik-Phong is the Managing Director and founding member of Fave, Southeast Asia’s leading Online-to-Offline and cashless payment startup. AP, as he is more commonly known, currently heads out Fave's Singapore business, focusing on growing the FavePay cashless payment and loyalty rewards solution amongst F&B and Retail merchants, as well as driving rapid customer adoption, crossing 1 million FavePay transactions in Singapore within a year of launch.

He was previously the Head of National Accounts for Groupon APAC, building and driving a regional business unit that generated annual revenues in excess of $50 Million across 6 countries (Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia & Singapore).

AP is a former Team Singapore Fencer and a SEA Games medalist. At 16, he entered Carleton University in Canada, graduating with a degree in Electrical & Systems Engineering as one of the faculty's youngest graduates.

In recognition of his business and organisational leadership, AP was The Leading CEO Award recipient at the prestigious 2018 Singapore HR Awards.

Saad Ahmed

MD, Regional Head of Commercial (Grab)

With over 15 years of experience in the field of sales, business development and management consulting, Saad leads a dynamic team supporting Grab’s enterprise merchant-partners in Southeast Asia. He and the team are focused on helping these merchant-partners grow and optimise their presence on the platform across the different verticals within the Grab ecosystem, which includes GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress, GrabPay and GrabAds. Saad was previously the Regional Head of Business Development and Partnerships for GrabFood, where he built and led the team responsible for acquiring and managing key restaurant partners across Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Grab, Saad was previously the Head of Business Development for Uber in Southeast Asia, as well as India. He has also held roles in the Tata Group, Times of India Group, and Publicis (France). Saad holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Arun Mambully

Managing Director, Singapore (DHL eCommerce Solutions Asia Pacific)

As part of the Asia Pacific Management Board, Arun is responsible for leading the Operations and IT for all products and services of DHL eCommerce Solutions in Asia Pacific. In this role he oversees the development of new products and services, leads operational excellence improvements and manages the IT systems and infrastructure across Asia Pacific. Prior to this, Arun was a part of the DHL Consulting team, leading supply chain strategy consulting projects across industry verticals – automotive, technology, retail and life sciences – for DHL business units and customers of DPDHL Group.

DHL eCommerce Solutions is the e-commerce focused business unit of the DPDHL Group. Group-wide, Deutsche Post DHL Group aims to be the preferred provider of e-commerce related logistics services across the globe.

Arun Mambully completed his full-time MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore) in 2009, and also holds a Bachelor in Commerce – First Class Honors from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, India.
