The CapitaLand Board comprises 11 directors of whom 10 are non-executive directors. The Chairman is Dr Hu Tsu Tau and the Deputy Chairman is Mr Hsuan Owyang. The sole executive director is Mr Liew Mun Leong, who is the President & CEO. The Board meets regularly, at least once every quarter, to delibrate strategy policies of the Group including significant acquisitions and disposals, approve the annual budget, review the performance of the Group's businesses and approve the release of the quarterly, half-yearly and full-year results.
