CCT is Singapore’s first commercial REIT. Its aim is to own and invest in real estate and real estate-related assets in Singapore and abroad which are income-producing and used, or predominantly used, for commercial purposes.
Listed in May 2004, CCT currently owns a S$2.1 billion portfolio of eight prime properties in the Singapore central business district. CCT is managed by CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited (CCTML), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Group. CCTML’s relationship with CapitaLand has provided it with access to the full capabilities, skills and business network of the CapitaLand Group.
