CapitaLand Financial Limited (CFL), the real estate fund management and financial advisory services arm of CapitaLand, is one of the leading real estate fund managers in Asia. CFL currently manages 17 real estate private equity funds and five real estate investment trusts (REITs) with assets under management (AUM) worth about S$21.1 billion as at 30 June 2008, spanning 11 countries. QCT, which is listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, is CapitaLand’s first REIT listed outside Singapore.

CFL’s investors and partners in real estate private equity funds include insurance companies, pension funds and large corporations from Asia, USA, Europe and the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) countries.
