CMT is the first listed real estate investment trust (REIT) in Singapore. In its short history, CMT has established a track record of delivering growth and value to its unitholders through pro-active asset management, asset enhancement initiatives and yield accretive acquisitions.

Listed in July 2002, it invests in quality income-producing retail properties in Singapore. Revenue is mainly derived from rental income received from a diverse range of over 1,000 leases from local and international tenants in five major shopping malls in both the suburban and city areas.

CMT is managed by CapitaMall Trust Management Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Group.
