CapitaLand Commercial Limited (CCL) is one of Singapore’s leading office landlords and managers. It owns/manages close to 6 million square feet of commercial and industrial floor space in Singapore, and 2.4 million square feet of floor space overseas. In addition, it has a residential portfolio of over 10,000 homes and residential units under construction in new markets in Asia including Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and India.

In Singapore, it has an extensive portfolio of Grade A office buildings in the Downtown Core. Its international footprint extends to key gateway cities in Malaysia, China, Japan and the United Kingdom. CCL owns these buildings directly, through joint ventures, private equity funds and its stakes in CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT) - Singapore’s first commercial REIT - and Quill Capita Trust (QCT), CapitaLand’s first overseas REIT listed on the Bursa Malaysia. Recently, CCL entered the high growth markets in Vietnam and India.

As part of its growth strategy, it proactively manages its property portfolio. This involves active asset management by enhancing the value of its properties, buying strategically even as it divests matured properties. The divestments will free capital allowing CCL to tap on new opportunities to strengthen its leadership position in Asia.
