as at 31 December 2006, comprised
development properties, investment
properties and serviced residences
owned by subsidiaries, associated
and joint venture companies.
In the following analysis, the values
attributable to the CapitaLand Group
are used. Investment properties are
stated at their market values while
development properties are stated
at book costs (net of any provisions
made). Properties treated as fixed
assets are stated at book cost.
