The recipients of the CapitaLand China Leadership Scholarship will be sponsored for one of the following study programmes:
NUS-Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy
Master In Public Administration & Management (MPAM)
The Master in Public Administration and Management programme provides participants with training in public administration. It is a Chinese language based programme that aims to equip senior government officials and state-owned enterprise executives with the knowledge and skills set to perform in a wide variety of public service fields in all levels of government, both in the international arena and private sector.
Nanyang Technological University
Master of Science (Managerial Economics)
The Nanyang Technological University’s Master of Science (Managerial Economics) programme provides participants with a thorough understanding and appreciation of economic policy management and business strategies in East Asia. It is an interdisciplinary programme that integrates Economics with Finance, Strategy, Law and Accounting. The programme’s main aim is to prepare senior officials and managers to be more effective in both macroeconomic policy making and managerial decision making in an era of globalization by learning from the experience of the countries in the region.
Nanyang Technological University
Master of Public Administration (MPA)
The Master of Public Administration programme aims to enhance participants’ skills in public policy design and implementation, decision-making and good governance. It provides a focus on Asian and Western characteristics of contemporary public management theory and an opportunity to share public management experiences of international countries, especially in the East Asian region.

Programme of Studies
The award is valid for full-time studies at National University of Singapore for the following programmes:
i) Master of Business Administration with specialization in Real Estate
ii) Master of Science in Real Estate
iii) Master of Science in Financial Engineering
iv) NUS-PKU Double Degree MBA
v) Master of Architecture
vi) Master of Arts in Urban Design
The recipient will be required to work for CapitaLand Group for a consecutive period of 24 to 36 months from the completion date of study. The actual duration of the work period will be determined by the programme of studies undertaken.
Nationality
The NUS-PKU Double Degree MBA Programme is open to all nationalities. The rest of the scholarship offerings are only open to applicants who are citizens of Vietnam or the People’s Republic of China and are currently residing in Vietnam or China respectively.
Terms of Scholarship
The following items are covered by the terms of the scholarship:
i) Tuition fees and all compulsory fees charged by the institution
ii) Monthly Living Allowance
iii) Family Subsistence Allowance
iv) Housing Reimbursement
v) A one-time Settling-in Allowance
vi) A one-time Book Allowance

Scholarship Criteria
The award will be based on merits and consideration will be placed on the applicant’s career track record, academic performance and current financial standing or proof of family income. Applicants must have the basic qualifications to fulfill the entry requirements of the programme and are also medically fit to pursue the course.

Undergraduate Scholarships
BCA-CapitaLand Built Environment Undergraduate Scholarship Programme of Studies
The award is tenable for studies in any one of the built environment courses offered by the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

The recipient will be required to work for CapitaLand Group for a consecutive period of 24 months or 36 months from the completion date of study.

The award is open to applicants of all nationalities.
Terms of Scholarship
The following items are covered by the terms of the scholarship:
i) Tuition fees directly payable by students (less tuition grant) and all compulsory fees charged by the institution.
ii) Annual allowance
Scholarship Criteria
The award will be based on merit and consideration will be placed on the applicant’s academic and extra-curricular track record. Current undergraduates as well as those who have completed their ‘A’ levels or Polytechnic studies are welcome to apply. Undergraduate applicants must satisfy the minimum Cumulative Average Point (CAP) / Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.0/5.0. Applicants will be required to complete other selection tests as necessary and must be medically fit to pursue the course.
Internship benefits
The recipient will have an internship opportunity, either local or overseas, with the business unit or department as designated by CapitaLand during the study period.
Preferential Entry Into Selection Process of CapitaLand Graduate Development Programme
The recipient will be granted preferential entry into the secondary selection round of the CapitaLand Graduate Development Programme.

CapitaLand University Scholars Programme Scholarship Programme of Studies
The award is valid for the entire tenure of a course leading to a first degree in any one of the NUS University Scholars Programme partner. The recipient will be required to work for CapitaLand Group for a consecutive period of 36 months from the completion date of study.
Nationality
The award is open to applicants of all nationalities.
Terms of Scholarship
The following items are covered by the terms of the scholarship:
i) Tuition fees directly payable by students (less tuition grant) and all compulsory fees charged by the institution
ii) Annual allowance
Scholarship Criteria
The award will be based on merit and consideration will be placed on the applicant’s academic and extra-curricular track record. Students in their first and second year of studies are welcome to apply for this scholarship. Applicants must satisfy the minimum Cumulative Average Point (CAP) / Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.0/5.0 and must be accepted into the University Scholars Programme. They will be required to complete other selection tests as necessary and must be medically fit to pursue the course.
Internship benefits
The recipient will have an internship opportunity, either local or overseas, with the business unit or department as designated by CapitaLand during the study period.
