Mr Lim Ming Yan
President & Group CEO
CapitaLand Limited

Mr Lim Ming Yan is President and Group Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Limited. He is a Director on the Boards of CapitaLand Limited, and CapitaMalls Asia Limited, CapitaLand’s listed shopping mall subsidiary. He is also Deputy Chairman of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited, CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited and Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited. Mr Lim leads CapitaLand's Executive Management Council.

Mr Lim is a Board Member of the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore, Director of Business China, an organisation that promotes bilingualism and biculturalism between Singapore and China, as well as Board Member of the Singapore Tourism Board.

Mr Lim was the Chief Operating Officer of CapitaLand from May 2011 to December 2012 and Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Limited from July 2009 to February 2012. Prior to joining Ascott, Mr Lim was the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand China Holdings Pte Ltd from November 2000 to June 2009, responsible for growing CapitaLand into a leading foreign real estate developer in China.

Mr Lim obtained first class honours in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1985. He attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2002.

Mr Olivier Lim
Group Deputy CEO
CapitaLand Limited

Mr Olivier Lim is the Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Limited. He is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council. Mr Lim is concurrently a non-executive director of CapitaMalls Asia Limited, Raffles Medical Group Ltd and Neptune Orient Lines Limited. He also serves as a board member of Sentosa Development Corporation, and as the non-executive Chairman of its subsidiary, Mount Faber Leisure Group Pte Ltd.

Mr Lim’s prior positions in CapitaLand were as Group Chief Investment Officer until 2 January 2013, Head of Strategic Corporate Development until 5 February 2012, and Group Chief Financial Officer for six years until 2011. Prior to joining CapitaLand Limited in 2003, he was Director and Head of the Real Estate Unit, Corporate Banking in Citibank Singapore.

Mr Lim was awarded Best Investor Relations by a CFO by IR Magazine for South East Asia for 2009, 2010 and 2011, and Pan-Asia for 2011. He was named CFO of the Year by The Asset magazine in its 2010 Asian Awards. He was also named CFO of the Year in 2007 (for firms with market value of S$500 million or more) in The Business Times’ Singapore Corporate Awards.

Mr Lim holds a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, London.

Mr Tan Seng Chai

Mr Tan Seng Chai is Group Chief Corporate Officer of CapitaLand Limited.  Prior to this, he was Deputy Chief Corporate Officer and Chief Human Resource Officer of CapitaLand Limited. Mr Tan is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council and the Chairman of the CapitaLand Sustainability Steering Committee.

Mr Tan oversees the Group’s corporate functions including Human Resource and Administration, Information Technology, Corporate Communications, Corporate Marketing, Group Legal, Company Secretariat & Compliance and Corporate Security & Investigation. Mr Tan is also the Executive Director of CapitaLand Hope Foundation, the philanthropic arm of CapitaLand.

Prior to joining the Group in February 2008, Mr Tan was with Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd, Singapore (“Chartered”) for 12 years. He held key positions in the company including heading its worldwide human resource organisation as well as overseeing key project implementation and strategic investment activities.

An engineer by training, Mr Tan started his career with National Semiconductor Manufacturer Singapore Pte Ltd as a Process Engineer and subsequently became the company’s Human Resource Manager. He continued his career progression to head the human resource function at Creative Technology Ltd, Singapore before joining Chartered.

Mr Tan holds an honours degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Industrial & System Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Arthur Lang

CapitaLand Limited

Mr Arthur Lang is the Group Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Limited. In his current role, he has direct oversight of the functions of the treasury, financial reporting and controls, risk management, corporate finance, tax and investor relations departments of CapitaLand. He also looks after the administrative matters of the internal audit department. Mr Lang is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council.

Prior to joining CapitaLand, he was co-head of the Southeast Asia investment banking division for Morgan Stanley where he spearheaded the client coverage and transaction execution efforts across Southeast Asia.

Prior roles Mr Lang held at Morgan Stanley also included the Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific investment banking division where he was based in Hong Kong.

Mr Lang is a Board Member of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore and Tiger Airways Holdings Limited. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University.

Mr Lang was awarded the Best Investor Relations by a CFO at the IR Magazine South East Asia Awards 2012.

Mr Lang has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics (magna cum laude) from Harvard University.

Mr Wen Khai Meng

Mr Wen Khai Meng is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Singapore Limited. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Financial Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited and Quill Capita Management Sdn. Bhd. Mr Wen is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council.

Mr Wen has held several senior appointments within the Group including Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand Limited, Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Commercial Limited and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Limited. Before joining the Group, Mr Wen was with the Ministry of National Development.

Mr Wen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Mr Jason Leow

Mr Jason Leow is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand China. He is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council.

Mr Leow has been with the CapitaLand Group from 1994 and has over 16 years of experience in China. He has held several appointments within the Group, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand China Holdings.

Prior to joining the Group, he was a senior financial analyst at ST Aerospace Ltd and also spent three years at DBS Finance Ltd.

Mr Leow is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration degree from Fudan University and also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2007.

Mr Chong Lit Cheong

CapitaLand Limited

Mr Chong Lit Cheong is Chief Executive Officer of Regional Investments, CapitaLand Limited. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Commercial Limited. Mr Chong is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council

Before joining the Group, Mr Chong was Chief Executive Officer of International Enterprise Singapore, an agency under Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry which promotes the overseas growth of Singapore-based enterprises and international trade. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of JTC Corporation and Managing Director of National Science and Technology Board (now called A*STAR). Earlier, he served in Singapore's Economic Development Board where he was posted to Suzhou, China, to lead the development of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park project.

Mr Chong is a Mombusho (Colombo Plan) Scholar and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from the University of Tokyo. He also completed an Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in France in 1994 and the Tsinghua Executive Program in Shanghai, China, in 2004.

Mr Wong Heang Fine

Mr Wong Heang Fine is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Residential Singapore Pte Ltd and Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand ILEC Pte Ltd. He is also in charge of CapitaLand's business in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Mr Wong is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council. Mr Wong was the President of the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (REDAS) from January 2011 to January 2013.

Prior to joining CapitaLand, Mr Wong was President & Chief Executive Officer of Sembcorp Engineers and Constructors, the largest engineering and construction company in Southeast Asia. He also has varied experience in the leisure and entertainment industries.

Mr Wong holds a Master of Science in Engineering Production & Management from the University of Birmingham, UK and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Leeds, UK.

Mr Chen Lian Pang

Mr Chen Lian Pang is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Vietnam. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of CapitaValue Homes Limited. Mr Chen is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council. He has held several appointments in the Group including Chief Executive Officer (Southeast Asia) of CapitaLand Commercial Limited and Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of TCC Capital Land, where he spearheaded the Group's business in the new markets including Vietnam and Thailand.

Mr Chen has 30 years of international experience in construction and real estate. He started his career with the Housing and Development Board of Singapore. Prior to joining CapitaLand, he held senior positions at L&M International and Torie Construction Pte Ltd.

Mr Chen holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Cardiff, UK. He completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School and an International Business Fellowship Executive Programme with Tsinghua University in 2000 and 2011 respectively.

Mr Chen is a registered professional engineer.

Mr Lim Beng Chee

Mr Lim Beng Chee is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of CapitaMalls Asia Limited (CMA). Mr Lim is currently a Director of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaMall Trust listed on the SGXST), CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaRetail China Trust listed on the SGX-ST) and CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (the manager of CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad). He is also a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council. 

Mr Lim has more than 10 years of real estate investment and asset management experience. He previously held various positions within the CapitaLand Group of companies since 2000 and has been CMA's Chief Executive Officer since 1 November 2008. Mr Lim has played an instrumental role in the creation of CMA's retail real estate funds and retail real estate investment trusts. Mr Lim was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited in March 2005 until December 2006. He then led the team which spearheaded the listing of CapitaRetail China Trust, the first pure-play China shopping mall S-REIT and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited in December 2006 until September 2008 during which time he was mostly stationed in Beijing. Mr Lim then returned to Singapore and assumed his appointment as Chief Executive Officer for CMA and CapitaMall Trust Management Limited in November 2008. Mr Lim stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited on 25 November 2009 upon the listing of CMA. Mr Lim also spearheaded the listing of CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust, Malaysia's largest pure-play shopping mall REIT in July 2010.

Mr Lim holds a Master of Business Administration (Accountancy) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics (Honours) from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.”

Mr Simon Ho Chee Hwee

Mr Simon Ho Chee Hwee is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMalls Asia Limited. Mr Ho has around 25 years of experience in real estate investment and management.

Mr Ho has been with the CapitaLand Group for the last 16 years. He joined DBS Land Ltd in 1996, which merged with Pidemco Land to form CapitaLand in November 2000. From 1996 to 2004, he was involved in the growth and expansion of The Ascott Group, the serviced residence arm of CapitaLand, first as Senior Vice President, Investments, and subsequently, as Senior Vice President, Operations.

Mr Ho left the Ascott Group to join CapitaLand Financial Limited in 2004. As Senior Vice President in CapitaLand Financial Limited, he was in charge of research and marketing. In September 2004, Mr Ho was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Retail of CapitaLand Commercial Limited where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of the company. He was Chief Operating Officer of CapitaMalls Asia Limited from October 2004 to December 2008 before being appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. From November 2009 to June 2012, he was Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited, Singapore's first and largest real estate investment trust (REIT).

Mr Ho holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) and a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Lee Chee Koon

Mr Lee Chee Koon is the Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Limited, the world’s largest international serviced residence owner-operator. He oversees the management and growth of Ascott which has more than 34,000 serviced residence units in 82 cities in more than 20 countries across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Gulf region. Mr Lee is also a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council.

Prior to this, Mr Lee was appointed as Ascott’s Deputy CEO in February 2012, assisting the CEO in strategic planning and investment of the serviced residence business. He was concurrently Ascott’s Managing Director for North Asia, responsible for driving the company’s investment and business development as well as managing operations in China, Japan and Korea.

Before Mr Lee joined Ascott in July 2009 as Managing Director for China, he was Vice President in the Office of the President at CapitaLand. Prior to joining CapitaLand in February 2007, he held appointments in various Ministries such as the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Finance, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

For Mr Lee’s contribution to the hospitality industry in China, he was named one of the ‘Top 10 Hoteliers of the Year’ by China Hotel Starlight Awards for three consecutive years in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Mr Lee obtained a first class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1999. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, United Kingdom.

Mr Wilson Tan Wee Yan

Mr Wilson Tan Wee Yan is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited. He was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited from February 2012 to June 2012.

Mr Tan has over 25 years of experience in senior appointments in the telecommunication and information technology industries. Most recently, Mr Tan was Group Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Post Limited. His other experiences prior to joining Singapore Post Limited include advisory and leadership roles in companies with regional businesses i.e. NEC Solutions Asia Pacific, Mercury Interactive, Software AG, Informix, Apple Singapore and Xerox Singapore.

Mr Tan is currently the Chairman of EZ Link Pte Limited and he has also served in various boards and advisory committees in private and government-related organisations.

Ms Lynette Leong

Ms Leong has more than 20 years of international experience, including banking and finance with Standard Chartered Bank and United Malayan Banking Corporation Berhad in Singapore and Malaysia, and real estate fund management in the London, New York, Chicago and Asian offices of LaSalle Investment Management. Prior to joining CCTML, Ms Leong was Chief Executive Officer of Ascendas' South Korea office where she had spearheaded Ascendas' strong foothold in the country's real estate market, including the acquisition of office and logistics properties and the establishment of its first real estate fund.

Mr Ronald Tay Boon Hwee

Mr Tay Boon Hwee, Ronald is Chief Executive Officer of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited (ARTML). He is responsible for spearheading the overall strategic planning and leading the implementation of the business, investment and operational strategies for Ascott Reit.

Mr Tony Tan Tee Hieong

Mr Tony Tan Tee Hieong is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited. Mr Tan has over 19 years of experience in international treasury, finance and risk management. Prior to joining CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited, Mr Tan was with IKEA for more than nine years, where he held positions as Treasurer and Finance Manager for Asia Pacific region. During those tenures, he also concurrently sat on IKEA’s finance committee for Asia Pacific that oversaw the group’s strategic finance and tax matters. His other experiences prior to joining IKEA includes Treasury Accountant for Wearnes International, the trading and distribution arm for WBL and various trading positions with international banks. Mr Tan holds a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore.

Ms Sharon Lim Hwee Li

Ms Sharon Lim Hwee Li is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (CMRM), the manager of CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust (CMMT). She joined the board of CMRM on 15 April 2010 and is also a member of its executive committee. Prior to her position as Chief Executive Officer and Non-Independent Executive Director of CMRM, Ms Lim was Country Head for the Company’s operations in Malaysia, and was instrumental in establishing the Company’s retail platform in Malaysia. This involved steering Gurney Plaza, Sungei Wang Plaza and The Mines and building the local team in preparation for expansion. Before this appointment, she was a Vice President of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited in Singapore, identifying and evaluating new retail investment opportunities. Ms Lim holds a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.
