Mr Lim Ming Yan

Mr Lim Ming Yan is President and Group Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Limited. He is a Director on the Boards of CapitaLand Limited as well as Deputy Chairman of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited, CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited and Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited. Mr Lim leads CapitaLand's Executive Management Council.

Mr Lim is a Board Member of the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore, Director of Business China, an organisation that promotes bilingualism and biculturalism between Singapore and China, as well as Board Member of the Singapore Tourism Board.

Mr Lim was the Chief Operating Officer of CapitaLand from May 2011 to December 2012 and Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Limited from July 2009 to February 2012. Prior to joining Ascott, Mr Lim was the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand China Holdings Pte Ltd from November 2000 to June 2009, responsible for growing CapitaLand into a leading foreign real estate developer in China.

Mr Lim obtained first class honours in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1985. He attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2002.

Mr Tan Seng Chai

Mr Tan Seng Chai is Group Chief Corporate Officer of CapitaLand Limited.  Prior to this, he was Deputy Chief Corporate Officer and Chief Human Resource Officer of CapitaLand Limited. Mr Tan is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council and the Chairman of the CapitaLand Sustainability Steering Committee.

Mr Tan oversees the Group’s corporate functions including Human Resource and Administration, Corporate Communications, Corporate Marketing, Group Legal, Company Secretariat & Compliance and Corporate Security & Investigation. Mr Tan is also the Executive Director of CapitaLand Hope Foundation, the philanthropic arm of CapitaLand.

Prior to joining the Group in February 2008, Mr Tan was with Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd, Singapore (“Chartered”) for 12 years. He held key positions in the company including heading its worldwide human resource organisation as well as overseeing key project implementation and strategic investment activities.

An engineer by training, Mr Tan started his career with National Semiconductor Manufacturer Singapore Pte Ltd as a Process Engineer and subsequently became the company’s Human Resource Manager. He continued his career progression to head the human resource function at Creative Technology Ltd, Singapore before joining Chartered.

Mr Tan holds an honours degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Industrial & System Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Arthur Lang

Mr Arthur Lang is the Group Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Limited. In his current role, he has direct oversight of the functions of the treasury, financial reporting and controls, risk management, corporate finance, tax and investor relations departments of CapitaLand. He also looks after the administrative matters of the internal audit department. Mr Lang is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council.

Prior to joining CapitaLand, he was co-head of the Southeast Asia investment banking division for Morgan Stanley where he spearheaded the client coverage and transaction execution efforts across Socapitamutheast Asia.

Prior roles Mr Lang held at Morgan Stanley also included the Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific investment banking division where he was based in Hong Kong.

Mr Lang is a Board Member of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore and Tiger Airways Holdings Limited. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University.

Mr Lang was awarded the Best Investor Relations by a CFO at the IR Magazine South East Asia Awards 2012.

Mr Lang has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics (magna cum laude) from Harvard University.

Mr Ng Kok Siong

Mr Ng Kok Siong is the Chief Corporate Development Officer of CapitaLand Limited. In this role, he is entrusted with developing corporate systems and processes to drive efficiency and productivity. Mr Ng will provide leadership to strategy and corporate planning as well as business technology and information systems to achieve greater organisational effectiveness. He is a member of CapitaLand’s Executive Management Council.

He currently serves as a Director and Audit Committee member of two REITs; CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaRetail China Trust listed on SGX-ST) and CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (the manager of CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad).

Since joining CapitaLand Group in 2005, Mr Ng held various business development and finance positions, including Senior Vice President of CapitaLand Eurasia and Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance. Preceding this appointment as Chief Corporate Development Officer of CapitaLand Limited, Mr Ng was the Chief Financial Officer of CapitaMalls Asia Limited, a role he relinquished subsequent to the privatisation of CapitaMalls Asia Limited.

Prior to joining CapitaLand, Mr Ng held various positions in planning and appraisal, information systems, finance and investment management in Exxon Mobil and Royal Dutch Shell across Asia Pacific and Europe.

Mr Ng graduated with a Degree of Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and attended the Tuck Executive Program in Dartmouth College.

Mr Wen Khai Meng

Mr Wen Khai Meng is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Singapore Limited. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Financial Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited and Quill Capita Management Sdn. Bhd. Mr Wen is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council.

Mr Wen has held several senior appointments within the Group including Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand Limited, Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Commercial Limited and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Limited. Before joining the Group, Mr Wen was with the Ministry of National Development.

Mr Wen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Mr Lucas Loh Jen Yuh

Mr Lucas Loh Jen Yuh is the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand China. He is also a member of CapitaLand’s Executive Management Council.

Mr Loh joined CapitaLand Group in September 2001 and has been based in China since August 2004. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Chief Investment Officer as well as Regional General Manager for South China, CapitaLand China. He also held several appointments within the Group, including Managing Director for China of The Ascott Limited.

During his term with Ascott from August 2004 to July 2007, Mr Loh successfully led the company to win top spot in China’s prestigious ‘Top 100 Serviced Residences’ Ranking’ for two consecutive years and grew its business from eight to 22 properties across 10 cities in China. In 2007, he joined CapitaLand China and was instrumental in growing its residential and integrated development businesses in South China. He was also responsible for the company’s real estate financial business, including the Raffles City China Fund and CapitaLand China Development Fund with a fund size totaling US$2.3billion.

Mr Loh started his career in real estate in 1991. Prior to joining CapitaLand, Mr Loh was the Associate Director for Private Equity Investment at Temasek Holdings, leading its private equity investment business in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr Loh obtained a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2013.

Mr Chong Lit Cheong is Chief Executive Officer of Regional Investments, CapitaLand Limited. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Commercial Limited. Mr Chong is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council

Before joining the Group, Mr Chong was Chief Executive Officer of International Enterprise Singapore, an agency under Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry which promotes the overseas growth of Singapore-based enterprises and international trade. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of JTC Corporation and Managing Director of National Science and Technology Board (now called A*STAR). Earlier, he served in Singapore's Economic Development Board where he was posted to Suzhou, China, to lead the development of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park project.

Mr Chong is a Mombusho (Colombo Plan) Scholar and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from the University of Tokyo. He also completed an Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in France in 1994 and the Tsinghua Executive Program in Shanghai, China, in 2004.

Mr Wong Heang Fine is Chief Executive Officer (Residential) of CapitaLand Singapore Limited. He is also in charge of CapitaLand's business in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Mr Wong is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council. Mr Wong was the President of the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (REDAS) from January 2011 to January 2013.

Prior to joining CapitaLand, Mr Wong was President & Chief Executive Officer of Sembcorp Engineers and Constructors, the largest engineering and construction company in Southeast Asia. He also has varied experience in the leisure and entertainment industries.

Mr Wong holds a Master of Science in Engineering Production & Management from the University of Birmingham, UK and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Leeds, UK.

Mr Chen Lian Pang

Mr Chen Lian Pang is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Vietnam. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of CapitaValue Homes Limited. Mr Chen is a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council. He has held several appointments in the Group including Chief Executive Officer (Southeast Asia) of CapitaLand Commercial Limited and Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of TCC Capital Land, where he spearheaded the Group's business in the new markets including Vietnam and Thailand.

Mr Chen has 30 years of international experience in construction and real estate. He started his career with the Housing and Development Board of Singapore. Prior to joining CapitaLand, he held senior positions at L&M International and Torie Construction Pte Ltd.

Mr Chen holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Cardiff, UK. He completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School and an International Business Fellowship Executive Programme with Tsinghua University in 2000 and 2011 respectively.

Mr Chen is a registered professional engineer.

Mr Jason Leow is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of CapitaMalls Asia Limited (CMA). He is also a member of CapitaLand’s Executive Management Council.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Leow was the CEO of CapitaLand China since 2009, and led the China teams in streamlining as well as growing the residential and integrated development businesses including the development and operations of the eight Raffles City projects in China. Mr Leow started his career with the CapitaLand Group in 1994 and has been based in China for the last 13 years.

Mr Leow is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration from Fudan University and in 2007, attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

Mr Simon Ho Chee Hwee is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMalls Asia Limited (CMA). Mr Ho has around 25 years of experience in real estate investment and management.

Prior to joining CapitaLand Financial Limited in 2004, Mr Ho worked in the Ascott Group from 2000 to 2004, holding various positions including Vice President, Business Development and Senior Vice President, Operations. As Senior Vice President in CapitaLand Financial Limited, he was in charge of research and marketing. In September 2004, Mr Ho was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Retail of CapitaLand Commercial Limited where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of the Company. He was the Chief Operating Officer of CMA from October 2004 to December 2008 before being appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. He stepped down upon the listing of CMA on the SGX-ST and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited from November 2009 to June 2012. He was reappointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CMA in July 2012.

Mr Ho holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) and a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Lee Chee Koon is the Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Limited, the world’s largest international serviced residence owner-operator. He oversees the management and growth of Ascott which has more than 36,000 serviced residence units in 86 cities in more than 20 countries across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Gulf region. Mr Lee is also a member of CapitaLand's Executive Management Council.

Prior to this, Mr Lee was appointed as Ascott’s Deputy CEO in February 2012, assisting the CEO in strategic planning and investment of the serviced residence business. He was concurrently Ascott’s Managing Director for North Asia, responsible for driving the company’s investment and business development as well as managing operations in China, Japan and Korea.

Before Mr Lee joined Ascott in July 2009 as Managing Director for China, he was Vice President in the Office of the President at CapitaLand. Prior to joining CapitaLand in February 2007, he held appointments in various Ministries such as the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Finance, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

For Mr Lee’s contribution to the hospitality industry in China, he was named one of the ‘Top 10 Hoteliers of the Year’ by China Hotel Starlight Awards for three consecutive years in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Mr Lee obtained a first class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1999. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, United Kingdom.

Mr Wilson Tan Wee Yan is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited. He was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited from February 2012 to June 2012.

Mr Tan has over 25 years of experience in senior appointments in the telecommunication and information technology industries. Most recently, Mr Tan was Group Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Post Limited. His other experiences prior to joining Singapore Post Limited include advisory and leadership roles in companies with regional businesses i.e. NEC Solutions Asia Pacific, Mercury Interactive, Software AG, Informix, Apple Singapore and Xerox Singapore.

Mr Tan is currently the Chairman of EZ Link Pte Limited and he has also served in various boards and advisory committees in private and government-related organisations.

Ms Leong has more than 20 years of international experience, including banking and finance with Standard Chartered Bank and United Malayan Banking Corporation Berhad in Singapore and Malaysia, and real estate fund management in the London, New York, Chicago and Asian offices of LaSalle Investment Management. Prior to joining CCTML, Ms Leong was Chief Executive Officer of Ascendas' South Korea office where she had spearheaded Ascendas' strong foothold in the country's real estate market, including the acquisition of office and logistics properties and the establishment of its first real estate fund.

Mr Tay Boon Hwee, Ronald is Chief Executive Officer of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited (ARTML). He is responsible for spearheading the overall strategic planning and leading the implementation of the business, investment and operational strategies for Ascott Reit.

Prior to this, Mr Tay was concurrently Chief Investment Officer of The Ascott Limited (Ascott) and Head of Business Development and Asset Management of ARTML until February 2012.

Mr Tay has been with the CapitaLand Group for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Ascott, Mr Tay was with CapitaLand Residential Singapore as Senior Vice President (Finance and Investment). Mr Tay began his career in the banking industry, where he spent nine years in various senior positions in corporate and investment banking.

Mr Tony Tan Tee Hieong is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited. Mr Tan has over 19 years of experience in international treasury, finance and risk management. Prior to joining CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited, Mr Tan was with IKEA for more than nine years, where he held positions as Treasurer and Finance Manager for Asia Pacific region. During those tenures, he also concurrently sat on IKEA’s finance committee for Asia Pacific that oversaw the group’s strategic finance and tax matters. His other experiences prior to joining IKEA includes Treasury Accountant for Wearnes International, the trading and distribution arm for WBL and various trading positions with international banks. Mr Tan holds a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore.

Ms Sharon Lim Hwee Li is Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (CMRM), the manager of CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust (CMMT). She joined the board of CMRM on 15 April 2010 and is also a member of its executive committee. Prior to her position as Chief Executive Officer and Non-Independent Executive Director of CMRM, Ms Lim was Country Head for the Company’s operations in Malaysia, and was instrumental in establishing the Company’s retail platform in Malaysia. This involved steering Gurney Plaza, Sungei Wang Plaza and The Mines and building the local team in preparation for expansion. Before this appointment, she was a Vice President of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited in Singapore, identifying and evaluating new retail investment opportunities. Ms Lim holds a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.
