Knowledge Tower is the upcoming new landmark of the Jiulong Lake Central Business District in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. It is a symbol of the continued cooperative relationship between Singapore and China in the areas of science and technology innovation and urban development. When fully completed, the 300-metre-high supertall tower with premium lake views will comprise office, hotel and community spaces. It is designed to meet the standards of China’s National Construction Excellence-Luban Award, China’s 3-star green building rating and USA’s LEED Platinum.
