A Career at CapitaLand

  • Advisory on fraudulent job offers

CapitaLand follows a merit-based employee recruitment process and does not accept any payment from candidates during the recruitment process. We are aware of a number of incidents where fraudulent recruitment offers have been made purportedly recruiting on behalf of the CapitaLand Group. These unauthorised actions include purporting to represent as our recruitment agents, making fictitious employment offers through social media channels, using fake employment contracts, as well as collecting employment application fees.

Please note that such recruitment offers referred to above do not originate from nor do they represent legitimate offers of employment from the CapitaLand Group.  Candidates should be cautious of potentially fraudulent communications and offers and verify job vacancies on the Careers section of the CapitaLand website. If you have any queries regarding the authenticity of the recruitment offer that you have received, you may send your query to clhr@capitaland.com.

Candidates and members of the public who have been affected by the scam are advised to lodge police reports. With the recent rise in phishing scams that involve digital communications with fake SMSes, emails and WhatsApp messages with spoof headers, it is important to verify any links before clicking them. Do not provide any personal, credit card or bank account details over an SMS, email or WhatsApp message, or make any payments to a third party’s bank account. CapitaLand shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequences that may arise from any communication or offer of employment not directly made by CapitaLand.
