The IT park is currently spread over 19.5 acres of space and has about 16,000 employees. A tower of 1.36 million sq ft is currently under development and will be ready by Q4 in 2021. The re-development plan increases the net leasable area for the IT Park from 1.48 million sq ft to 4.95 million sq ft.

ITPH will also have a retail block for the neighbourhood community that includes food court, restaurants and dining, alfresco dining, gym, lush landscapes, outdoor spaces to connect, event lawns, open air theatre, silent zones for reading, creche, clinic, multi-purpose hall, ATMs and home needs.

These add-ons will ensure a perfect work life balance environment for companies that want to provide the best workspace for their employees.
