Durian Crepe

a pinch
  1. Sieve flour into a bowl then add in milk, salt sugar. Stir well.
  2. Add in the balance ingredients and mix well.
  3. Using a strainer, strain the ingredients.
  4. Heat up frying pan and spray oil.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the pan to cook. Make 1 crepe at a time.
  6. Take out crepe to cool. Once cooled, scoop durian meat filling and roll.

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Sieve the mixture and rest for 10min.
  3. Heat up the frying pan, scoop the mixture onto the pan to cook. Let the mixture spread out into a pancake.
  4. Take out the cooked pancake and leave on tray to cool.
  5. Scoop some coconut filling on the crepe and roll.

  2. Add in the coconut oil and mix well.

  1. Boil pandan leaves and water.

  1. Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl.
  2. Add in all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Scoop into cupcake tray and bake at 170 degree celsius for 20 mins.
  4. Take out and let it cool.
  5. Pipe some cream on top and sprinkle some desiccated coconut for decoration.

  1. Mix butter, sugar and vanilla flavour together.
  2. Add in all the ingredients and mix to a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into 10g pieces and the pineapple filling into 8g pieces.
  4. Push pineapple filling into dough.
  5. Arrange on the tray and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake at 170 degree celsius for 15-20mins.
