Because we're new to this baking gig, we're keeping everything under 30 minutes so there's no drama, just plenty of treats for our friends with sweet tooth.
Durian Crepe

a pinch |
- Sieve flour into a bowl then
add in milk, salt sugar. Stir well. - Add in the balance ingredients and mix well.
- Using a strainer, strain the ingredients.
- Heat up frying pan and spray oil.
- Scoop the mixture onto the pan to cook. Make 1 crepe at a time.
- Take out crepe to cool. Once cooled, scoop durian meat filling and roll.

- Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Sieve the mixture and rest for 10min.
- Heat up the frying pan, scoop the mixture onto the pan to cook. Let the mixture spread out into a pancake.
- Take out the cooked pancake and leave on
tray to cool. - Scoop some coconut filling on the crepe and roll.
To prepare the coconut filling:

- Boil the conutsu, water and pandan leaves.
- Add in the coconut oil and mix well.
- Let it cool before use.

- Boil pandan leaves and water.
- Mix the durian, conutsu and coconut milk.
- Combine steps 1 & 2 and add salt.
- Scoop into a cup to chill before serving.

- Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl.
- Add in all the ingredients and mix well.
- Scoop into
cupcake tray and bake at 170 degree celsius for 20 mins. - Take out and let it cool.
- Pipe some cream on top and sprinkle some desiccated coconut for decoration.
Pineapple Roll Cookies

- Mix butter, sugar and vanilla flavour together.
- Add in all the ingredients and mix to a dough.
- Divide the dough into 10g pieces and the pineapple filling into 8g pieces.
- Push pineapple filling into
dough . - Arrange on the tray and brush with egg wash.
- Bake at 170 degree celsius for 15-20mins.
