Singapore-Sichuan Hi-tech Innovation Park

Singapore-Sichuan Hi-Tech Innovation Park (SSCIP) is the first large-scale integrated hi-tech industrial park jointly developed by Singapore and China’s Sichuan province. Sino-Singapore (Chengdu) Innovation Park Development Co., Ltd is the master developer of SSCIP, a joint venture between Chengdu Hi-Tech Investment Group Co., Ltd, CapitaLand Development and Sembcorp Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries. It is responsible for the overall planning, construction and marketing of SSCIP.

Situated within the central business district in Chengdu's Tianfu New Area, a national-level economic development zone in China, the 10.34 sq km SSCIP is 12 km from downtown Chengdu and 13 km from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. Capitalising on Chengdu's strength as a national hub for software as well as high-end manufacturing and information technology industries, SSCIP is positioned as a flagship economic transformation development set to attract innovation-centric and knowledge-intensive enterprises.
