Città di Mare

Città di Mare is a coastal residential development located in the east of Panyu District, Guangzhou. It is the only mature coastal project which enjoys close proximity to the city centre in Guangzhou, with three major coastal parks and a private view overlooking about 1.5 kilometers of coastline.

Città di Mare is located in Lianhuawan area, a science and technology hub which combines Guangzhou Automobile (GAC) Industrial Park, Guangzhou University Town, Guangzhou International Innovation City and more.

Adjacent to Città di Mare,a mega transportation hub for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is in the plans. Known as the Lianhuashan Station, it will connect three urban rail lines and two metro lines.

The total construction area of Città di Mare Phase II is around 780,000 sq m, including 31 high-rise residences and 21 townhouses. Città di Mare offers convenience within a vibrant community, with mature supporting facilities such as schools, retail and markets.
