The kitchen appliances are all imported, featuring the German Miele 7000 series such as a steam and bake integrated machine, gas stove, built-in dishwasher, wine cabinet and coffee machine. Additionally, the bathroom facilities are meticulously chosen from the royal German brand Duravit, with a history spanning over 200 years. The air conditioning and fresh air systems are provided by Japan's Daikin and the United States' Brong, while intelligent home configurations are selected from industry leader Honeywell.
