The 14,864-sqm building is Pratt & Whitney’s first Built-to-Suit (BTS) facility at Seletar Aerospace Park. The 3-storey industrial development with ancillary facilities was completed in 2013. Following its successful completion, Ascendas secured a second contract to develop Pratt & Whitney’s second Built-to-Suit facility on an adjacent site, which was. completed in 2014. The combined GFA is 17,000 sqm.
