At the onset of COVID-19, I saw both of them working late into the nights at the building to ensure all the precautionary measures are in place. 

When there was a case found in the building, both of them were seen from early morning to late in the nights setting up logistics etc to ensure more could be done to ensure the tenants' safety. 

As I have worked with the various Facility Maintenance teams in the past, I must say since Cora took on the role, she has been the key person who stepped up and rectified the issues we have faced. 

Both of them do not treat this as just their jobs, you can see the passion in them. Thank you!
