1. The IMM Tourist Privilege Programme is valid from 1 January - 31 December 2021.
2. The IMM Tourist Privilege Programme is applicable to tourists (collectively referred to as “Eligible Shopper") only. Singapore Citizens, PR residing in Singapore, holders of Employment Pass/S Pass/Work Permit/Dependents’ Pass/Long Term Visit Pass/Work Holiday Pass/Training Employment Pass/Training Work Permit/Student Pass are not eligible to participate in the TPP and related redemption(s).
3. Tourists refer to foreign visitors with short stay in Singapore of not more than 3 weeks.
Redemption of Tourist Privilege Booklet
1. Tourists are required to present their passports at the Customer Service Counter for redemption of the Tourist Privilege Booklet.
2. The passport owner must be personally present at the Customer Service Counter to make the redemption of the Tourist Privilege Booklet.
3. The following information is required for record purposes for the redemption of the Tourist Privilege Booklet: Full Name and nationality.
4. All offers featured in the Tourist Privilege Booklet are applicable to tourists only and are valid from 1 January - 31 December 2021 at IMM.
5. Tourists are to present the Tourist Privilege Booklet and their passports before making payment/placing order at the participating stores.
6. All offers featured in the Tourist Privilege Booklet are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, VIP/loyalty programmes, coupons or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
7. All offers are in Singapore Currency.
Redemption of Gift
1. Tourists who spend S$200 at any store at IMM can redeem a welcome gift worth S$10 with presentation of the passport and receipts at the Customer Service Counter, Level 1 (near McDonald’s) on the same day of purchase, between 11am – 9pm daily.
2. Gift redemption is limited to the first 350 redemptions per month on a first-come, first-served and while-stocks-last basis.
3. Promotion is limited to one redemption per tourist per day regardless of amount spent.
4. Redemption qualifying amount is based on the nett purchase made in IMM and is limited to a maximum of 3 combined same-day receipts.
5. Receipts used for other mall promotions cannot be used for Tourist Redemptions and vice versa.
6. NETS or credit/debit card charge slip without original receipts are not acceptable.
7. Receipt(s) from purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers/ eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), AXS machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, any transactions at money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshow at the Mall are not eligible for use as a receipt in this promotion. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment value of the purchase(s) made on the same day of the redemption, will be eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. Receipt(s) from deposit placements, order placements, and payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points will not be accepted for the purposes of this promotion.
8. Tourists must be personally present at the Customer Service Counter with their own original receipt(s) and passport for the redemption of the welcome gift worth S$10. A valid email address is also required for redemption.
9. The following information is required for record purposes for the redemption of the gift: Full Name, nationality, birth date and a valid email address.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to request for items purchased at point of redemption.
11. The gift will not be awarded until the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
12. Prizes must be taken as awarded and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in-kind. The expiry date of vouchers (if any) cannot be extended.
General Terms and Conditions
1. The Organiser and its partner(s) in these promotions reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel these promotions and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
2. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in these promotions or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
3. By participating in these promotions, the Eligible Shopper acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
4. By participating in these promotions, the Eligible Shopper agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.
5. The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding these promotions shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
6. For the purposes of this Promotion Terms and Conditions, “Organiser” refers to CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd.
7. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant in these promotions irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any and all dispute.
