1.     INTRODUCTION

1.1       Shop To The Top (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. The Rewards in this Promotion are only awarded for the qualifying spends at Lot One, IMM and Westgate (“Participating Malls”) during the Promotion Period (as defined here below) as shown in the table in Clause 1.4 below.

 

1.2     The Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

 

1.3       The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 9 March to 19 April 2026, both dates inclusive (including Public Holidays).

 

1.4     The Promotion mechanics are as follows:

1.4.3          Eligible Shoppers can combine any number of receipts with transactional value of Singapore Dollars Ten ($10) for eCapitaVoucher, Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) or more for other Eligible Payment Methods from the same Participating Malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/Receipts) to satisfy the Qualifying Spend per actions as shown in the table in Clause 1.4.1. Limited to one (1) redemption per Eligible Shopper per action per day. The Eligible Transaction will be subject to Clause 3.2 of this Terms and Condition herein. For avoidance of doubt, Game Stamp and eCV Reward (value of S$6, S$8 or S$10) will be issued on a randomised basis for each Qualifying Spend completed during the Promotion Period. Eligible Shoppers can receive more than one Game Stamp and eCV Reward during the Promotion Period and may also receive the same Game Stamp and eCV Reward.

 

1.4.4          Eligible Shoppers must complete all 6 different actions (Action 1 to 6) to qualify for the Bonus eCV Reward. Limited to one (1) redemption per Eligible Shopper per day.

 

1.4.5          The Game Stamp and eCV Reward will be available for redemption through the CapitaStar app from 10am on each day of the Promotion Period. Eligible Transactions made with an Eligible Payment Method and registered on the CapitaStar app before 10am will not qualify for the Promotion.

 

1.4.6          The eCV Rewards are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and redemption of the respective eCV Rewards are subject to availability at the Participating Malls, while stocks last.

 

1.4.7          The eCV Reward awarded for Action 1 to 6 will expire in 45 days from the date of issuance. The eCV Reward awarded for Bonus Reward will expire three (3) months from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can tap on the “My Balance Summary” tab from the CapitaStar App main screen to view the Reward and the expiry date. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the eCV Reward.

 

1.4.8          The eCV Reward will not be credited to the account of the Eligible Shopper if the value of eCapitaVoucher in the CapitaStar wallet of the Eligible Shopper exceeds Singapore Dollars One Thousand (S$1,000) in value after crediting the eCapitaVoucher to the existing remaining balance.

 

1.4.9          Tengah Residents Exclusive: Shopper will need to verify as Tengah residents at IMM information counter (Level 1 near City Chain Outlet between 6pm to 8pm) or email to marcom.imm@capitaland.com to qualify. Eligible Member will receive 1 Free random stamp upon verification as a New Homies Member. 1.4.10       The Organiser reserves the right to vary or amend any terms & conditions at any time, without prior notice, and without liability. In case of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and not appealable.

 

2.      ELIGIBILITY

 

2.1     Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:

a. employees of any retail tenants in the participating CapitaLand Malls; and

b. persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

 

2.2         The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.

 

3.      QUALIFYING SPEND

 

3.1       Only the total final amount paid at the participating store(s) using eCapitaVoucher, linked Mastercard credit or debit card, DBS/POSB payment modes (including DBS/POSB Mastercard, VISA credit or debit cards and/or DBS PayLah!) or ShopBack Pay will be accepted for this Promotion. Refer to 1.4.1 for more information on the Eligible Payment Methods to qualify for the Reward.  

 

3.2       Notwithstanding Clause 1.4 of this Terms and Conditions hereinabove, transactions(s) from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. eCapitaVoucher or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows, transactions at GP, Dental and Specialist Clinics are not eligible for use as a transaction in this Promotion. Transactions(s) from deposit placements, order placements, payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points, payment via tenant’s online ordering/table ordering platform and transactions made with UOB Mastercard via Apple Pay will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion. 3.3     The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipts and/or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

 

3.4     The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Shopper and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of the Game Stamp, eCV Rewards in the Promotion.

 

3.5       Transactions shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the CapitaLand malls when it is used to redeem the Reward. Transactions cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards. Transactions cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion at any CapitaLand mall. Receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the CapitaLand Mall when it is used to redeem the Reward.  

 

4.      GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

4.1      The eCV Reward cannot be exchanged for different denominations and are subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the eCapitaVouchers. Please refer to eCapitaVouchers terms and conditions.

 

4.2        By participating in this Promotion, the Member (CapitaStar members):

4.2.1  acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html  and  may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

 

4.2.2  agrees that the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organizer and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.

 

4.3        All Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

 

4.4        The Reward shall be awarded on the presumption that the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are original copies and valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

 

4.5        The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

 

4.6        The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

 

4.7        By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/she has read and agreed to these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

 

4.8        This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.

 

4.9        The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

4.      Is there a cap to the number of receipts a member can submit to be eligible for the rewards?

All actions are limited one (1) redemption per Eligible Shopper per action per day.

5.      Am I guaranteed to receive promotions’ rewards if I meet the qualifying spend criteria?

No, the eCV Reward from Action 1 to 6 is limited to the first 50 redemptions per action and first 80 per action on weekends, while stocks last. However, you will still receive the mission stamps upon completing the action should the eCV Reward of each action is fully redeemed for the day.

6.      Can I collect more than 1 Game Stamp a day?

Yes, however, each Game Stamp is limited to 1 redemption per member per action per day.

7.      What is the value of the eCV Reward?

The eCV Reward for Action 1 to 6 is S$6, S$8 or S$8 and it will be issued on a randomised basis. Wish you luck!

8.      Will my stamps counter reset after I have collected all 6 different Stamps?

No, the counter will not reset after game board completion (i.e. if a member has collected all 6 different Game Stamps). The counter will continue to accrue, even after each full completion of the gameboard. 

9.      How can I qualify for Bonus Reward?

You will need to collect all 6 different Game Stamps to qualify for the Bonus Reward. Limited to the first 100 redemptions.

10.   I am a Tengah resident, but I don’t see the additional stamp in the app.

Shopper will need to verify as Tengah residents at IMM information counter (Level 1 near City Chain Outlet between 6pm to 8pm) or email to marcom.imm@capitaland.com to qualify. Eligible Member will receive 1 free random stamp upon verification as a New Homies Member. 11.   The action is greyed out on the CapitaStar App. Why is this so?

This is because you have completed the task for the day/period listed. Daily actions will be refreshed on a daily basis.

12.   I did not receive any of the Game Stamps and/or eCapitaVoucher rewards. Why is this so?

Kindly ensure that you have met all the requirements to qualify for the rewards. Do also ensure that your CapitaStar wallet value doesn’t exceed S$1,000 in eCapitaVoucher value. eCV Rewards will not be credited to the account of the Eligible Shopper if the value of eCapitaVoucher in the CapitaStar wallet of the Eligible Shopper exceeds Singapore Dollars One Thousand (S$1,000) in value after crediting the Game Rewards to the existing remaining balance.

13.   Can I still accumulate my daily awarding of STAR$®?

14.   Do I still need to snap in my receipts if I have linked my CapitaStar account to DBS Paylah!?

Yes, for the avoidance of doubt, purchases made via multiple payment modes (e.g. eCapitaVoucher, DBS payment mode and cash), Eligible Shoppers are required to snap the receipts and upload to the CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase to qualify for the Reward. Strictly no scanning of receipts at the information counters.

15.   Will there be any extension if I forget to scan my receipts?

There will strictly be no extension for expired receipts and/or expiry date of the rewards. Receipts of purchase(s) must be submitted on the same day of purchase to be eligible for the Promotion and no later than the next day of purchase (11.59pm) to be eligible for STAR$®.  

16.   If my receipts are rejected, what shouId I do?

17.   How soon will the eCapitaVoucher be credited?

The eCV Reward awarded for Action 1 to 6 will expire in 45 days from the date of issuance. The eCV Reward awarded for Bonus Reward will expire three (3) months from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can tap on the “My Balance Summary” tab from the CapitaStar App main screen to view the Reward and the expiry date. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the eCV Reward.
