  • Terms and Conditions

    Promotion:

    1. This Promotion is exclusive to CapitaStar Members (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). All shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a CapitaStar member to qualify and participate in this promotion.

    2. Promotion is valid with combined receipts of minimum $20 from the same day, same Mall.

    3. Receipt(s) for redemptions must be from participating stores only.

    4. Limited to first 200 redemptions per day at IMM, first 170 redemptions per day at JCube, first 150 redemptions per day at Junction 8 and first 300 redemptions per day at Westgate.

    5. Limited to 1 redemption per member per day at each participating Mall. Based on first-come, first-served basis. While stocks last.

    6. Eligible shoppers must scan (all) respective trades same-day receipt(s) into their CapitaStar App and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this promotion.

    7. eCapitaVouchers awarded from this promotion are valid for 3 months from date of issuance.

    General Terms and Conditions:

    1. The Reward is provided as is and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Reward must be redeemed by the qualifying Eligible Shopper and is not transferable to any other shopper. The Organiser is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Reward has been redeemed in full. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Reward with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.

    2. The Reward cannot be exchanged for different denomination and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the same.

    3. There will strictly be no extension for the expiry date of the Reward.

    4. The aggregate value of eCapitaVoucher held in a member’s Wallet shall not at any time exceed S$1,000.

    5. eCapitaVoucher will not be issued if it will result in the aggregate value of eCapitaVouchers held in a person’s Wallet exceeding S$1,000.

    6. Qualifying Eligible Shopper must scan their receipt through the CapitaStar App on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period. Receipt(s) scanned after the date of purchase will not be accepted. 

    7. All receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the Mall when it is used to redeem the Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple Rewards. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion in Westgate.

    8. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the qualifying Eligible Shopper and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of the Promotion.

    9. Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for redemption under this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts. Receipt(s) from SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers/ eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshow at the Mall are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion.  

    10. The Reward will not be awarded until the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are determined to be valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip(s) as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

    11. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.

    12. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.

    13. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.

    14. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall Not be eligible for the Promotion: 

    ·   Persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.

    ·   By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.

    15. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.

    16. The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

    17. For the purposes of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, “Organiser” refers to CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd. 

    18. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participant in this promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to resolve any dispute.

Triple Bonus Campaign (“Promotion”)

Dates:

• 1st Qualifying Wave: 3 July 2020 to 31 July 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”)

• 2nd Qualifying Wave: 1 August 2020 to 31 August 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”)

Promotion:

Eligible Shoppers must spend a minimum of Singapore Dollars Fifty Dollars ($50) in one single receipt across any three (3) different days in the same CapitaLand Mall during either Waves of the Promotion Period to qualify to receive the Reward in the relevant spending tier. Eligible Shoppers can redeem up to $30 eCapitaVoucher (eCV) per CapitaLand Mall in each of the Wave. The Promotion Mechanics are as follows:

  • 1st receipt (Day 1): Spend minimum $50 in a single receipt to redeem $5 eCV (“Reward”), in the 1st spending tier, while stocks last.
  • 2nd receipt (Day 2): Spend minimum $50 in a single receipt to redeem $10 eCV (“Reward”), in the 2nd spending tier, while stocks last.
  • 3rd receipt (Day 3): Spend minimum $50 in a single receipt to redeem $15 eCV (“Reward”), in the 3rd spending tier, while stocks last.

3. Eligible Shoppers must scan the receipt(s) into their CapitaStar App and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion. eCV redemption will only be made available for redemption through the CapitaStar App from 10 am on each day of the Wave during the Promotion Period. 

4. Shoppers transacting on eCapitaMall (www.ecapitamall.com) do not need to scan their invoice receipt(s) received in their CapitaStar registered email to qualify for the redemption as the eCV will be awarded on the same day of checkout and purchase on a first-come-first served basis. 

5. Shoppers transacting on Capita3Eats (www.capita3eats.com) do not need to scan their receipt(s) received in their CapitaStar registered email to qualify for the redemption. eCV will only be awarded for orders that are completed and on a first-come-first served basis. eCV may take up to 1 day to be credited into the qualifying Eligible Shopper’s CapitaStar App. All redemptions for eligible Capita3Eats receipts will be based on the participating CapitaLand Mall that the purchase is made. 

6. The next spending tier and “Reward” of the Promotion for each CapitaLand Mall will be automatically unlocked on the next day as the Eligible Shopper satisfies the current spending tier. The spending tiers will be unlocked strictly in the order of appearance as shown in the Promotion Mechanics.

7.  Receipts from all supermarkets (FairPrice Finest, NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, The Market Place & Giant Hypermarket) and Health & Beauty Tenants (Watsons, Guardian Health & Beauty and Unity stores), all car grooming services, Plaza Singapura Gong Cha, Plaza Singapura Aroma Truffle do not qualify for the 1st Qualifying wave (3 July to 31 July 2020).

8. Receipts from all supermarkets (FairPrice Finest, NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, The Market Place & Giant Hypermarket), all car grooming services, Plaza Singapura Gong Cha, Plaza Singapura Aroma Truffle do not qualify for the 2nd Qualifying wave (1 August to 31 August 2020). 

9. eCV awarded from this Promotion will expire in three months from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can visit the Vouchers tab in the CapitaStar App main screen for more information on the eCV and the expiry date.

  • Redemption for eCapitaMall.com purchases is only valid with minimum Singapore Dollars Fifty Dollars ($50), net amount for every check-out order (after any discount applied). 
  • Redemption for Capita3Eats purchases is only valid with minimum Singapore Dollars Fifty Dollars ($50 excluding any delivery charge) and is available only for Participating CapitaLand Mall where the purchase is made. Eligible Shopper are advised to check for the Participating CapitaLand Malls before making their purchases.

2. Each Eligible Shopper is entitled to one redemption per tier, per day, per Participating CapitaLand Mall for each Wave of the Promotion Period:

FAQ
  • Does the $50 have to be in a single receipt?

    Yes, all Eligible Shoppers must spend a min $50 in one single receipt across any three (3) different days in the same Participating CapitaLand Mall during either Waves of the Promotion Period to qualify to receive the Reward in the relevant spending tier. 

  • If I spend 3 x $50 receipts in 1 day, am I eligible for Triple Bonus reward?

    No. Shopper is entitled to maximum 1 redemption each tier per day per mall.  Shoppers must continue their next spending of minimum $50 at the same mall within the same month to qualify for your next Triple Bonus Rewards! 

  • If my receipts are rejected, what can I do?

    No, receipts from supermarkets (FairPrice Finest, NTUC FairPrice, Cold Storage, The Market Place and Giant Hypermarket) do not qualify for this promotion.

  • Which are the other tenants excluded from this promotion (other than supermarket)?

    Receipts from Guardian Health & Beauty, Watsons and Unity do not qualify for the 1st Qualifying wave of this Promotion (3 July to 31 July 2020). Receipts from Car grooming services, Plaza Singapura Gong Cha & Plaza Singapura Amora Truffle do not qualify for both Qualifying waves of this promotion.     Yes, receipts from Don Don DonKi are eligible for this promotion.

  • How soon will the Triple Bonus rewards be credited?

    The Triple Bonus rewards will be credited within 10 minutes upon receipt approval. However, do note that receipt approval may take up to 24 hours.

  • How do I participate in the Triple Bonus rewards?

    All shoppers must download the CapitaStar app, snap their $50 single receipt on the same day of purchase via the CapitaStar app from 10 am on each day of the Wave during the Promotion Period to receive rewards. 

  • If I did not continue my next spending in the same mall, can I still unlock the following rewards tier?

    No, all eligible shoppers must continue to spend a min $50 in one single receipt in the same mall across any three (3) different days during each Waves of the Promotion Period to qualify to receive the Reward in the relevant spending tier.

  • Am I guaranteed the next 2 tiers' rewards once I have redeemed tier 1 for my first $50 in a single receipt spend?

    Each redemption tier is limited based on first-come first-served basis, while stocks last. Check redemption availability here. 

  • If the redemption tier is fully redeemed, can I continue to participate?

    Yes, you are still eligible to qualify for the next tier of the Triple Bonus rewards if you have met the spending criteria and have had your receipt approved within the stock’s availability period. Do continue your spending of min $50* at the same mall within the same wave to qualify.  

  • If I spend in two malls within a day, can I get both malls’ reward tier unlocked?

    Yes, you will be eligible to redeem the next tiers of the rewards from these two malls, if you continue your next spending at these two malls within the same wave. 

  • I have eCapitaVouchers (eCV) in my CapitaStar App that have a later expiry. Do I have to utilize all my eCVs that I have earned from this campaign, which have a shorter expiry date?

    Usage of eCV at participating CL malls’ stores will be based on the earliest expiry date. You will receive a notification for the eCV awarded for each campaign which will include the date of award and validity period.  

  • If I use $50 worth of physical or digital CapitaVouchers to make my purchase in participating stores, does it qualify for the Triple Bonus rewards?

    Yes, it will. 

  • If I have been awarded for the first wave of the Triple Bonus Rewards (3 Jul – 31 Jul), am I still eligible for the second wave (1 – 31 Aug) in August?

    Yes, a member is eligible for both waves of the Triple Bonus Rewards, but each member is limited to only one redemption, per reward tier, per wave, per Participating mall. 

  • Are the eCapitaVouchers (eCV) awarded under this campaign valid for a year?

    eCV awarded under this campaign is valid for three months from date of issue only. You may check expiry date all eCV awarded to you via CapitaStar App. 

  • Can I use eCapitaVoucher (eCV) to offset my purchase on eCapitaMall.com?

    No. eCV is not an accepted payment on eCapitaMall.com 

  • Do I need to scan my invoice received in my email for purchase on eCapitaMall.com?

    No. Shoppers need not scan in their invoice for purchases made on eCapitaMall.com. The eCV reward will be credited on the same day of purchase. The eCV reward will be clawed back for any cancellations and returned made on these purchases. 

  • Do I need to scan and submit my Capita3Eats digital receipt to qualify for this promotion?

    No. Shoppers need not scan their invoice receipt(s) for purchases made on Capita3Eats (www.capita3eats.com). The eCV will only be awarded for orders that are completed on a first-come-first served basis. eCV may take up to 1 day to be credited into the qualifying Eligible Shopper’s CapitaStar App.

  • How does Capita3Eats redemption work?

    Redemptions for Capita3Eats receipts with minimum $50 transactions would be based on the Participating CapitaLand Mall that the purchase is made at.

    For example, if a purchase is made on Capita3Eats for a restaurant at Bedok Mall, the member would be qualified for the eCV redemption under Bedok Mall. Subsequent purchases must be made at Bedok Mall to qualify for the next redemption tier.  

  • Can I include amount before any discount apply to qualify for redemption when I transact on eCapitaMall.com?

    No, Redemption for eCapitaMall.com purchases is only valid with minimum $50 (net amount for every check-out order after any discount applied).

  • Can I include the delivery charges Capita3Eats to qualify redemptions?

    No, all transactions from Capita3Eats is valid with minimum $50 (excluding delivery) in single order.
