[Singapore Food Festival Exclusive] Make Your Own Ang Ku Kueh Workshop

Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh was founded by Mr Toh Poh Seek and Mdm Toh Bong Yeo who first started Ji Xiang Confectionery (吉祥食品) in 1988 with the dream of selling a million Ang Ku Kuehs. Join them as they introduce you to the world of kuehs and share their passion for local heritage food through a series of experiential kueh workshops! (Child-friendly event)

The workshop will cover the history of Ang Ku Kueh, how it was originally a snack in China and how it has evolved in terms of flavour in South East Asia. Participants will then be led on a tour around our production facility, before being introduced to a hands-on experience on Ang Ku Kueh making. They will finally be able to bring their little creations home.
