EAT. was developed in 2006 by Fei Siong Group as they started to venture into the noodles trade in Singapore. Since then, EAT. has grown to over 20 outlets strong, all across the heartlands of Singapore. The casual dining establishment was conceived on the idea of a one-stop food destination offering local favourites and munchies, at affordable prices. Designed with a cosy and pleasant interior, EAT. is sure to enhance your overall dining experience. Serving up nostalgic flavours, EAT. offers some signature handmade dishes that include Teochew style Minced Meat noodles, Laksa and Fishball Noodles. Their Lor Mee is also a popular choice, with pork belly, handmade ngoh hiang and braised egg that are topped with a fragrant vinegar and minced garlic thick gravy. Give their Satay Bee Hoon, which comes with pork, cuttlefish, cockles and kangkong doused in a mouth-watering peanut gravy, a try as well! Besides a selection of noodles, rice dishes are also served, like Fried Fish Rice, Chicken Chop Rice and Pork Belly Rice.
