“かつ善Katsuyoshi” is Japan Foods’ first self-developed katsu concept brand, which features Japanese-style deep fried cutlets. Katsuyoshi offers up pork and chicken katsu complemented by free flow of shaved cabbage and rice. With choices galore, customers can also have their katsu served with curry, as a don, with ramen, or as part of a Toji rice set.
