1. This lucky draw is open to all Singapore Citizens, Singapore PRs, EP & WP Card Holders residing in Singapore who signed up to be a member of CAPITASTAR Rewards Programme, except the following categories of people (a) the Organising Committee of this lucky draw; (e) sponsors, advertising agencies, auditors and printers directly involved in this lucky draw; and (f) any company or individual directly involved in this lucky draw. 

2. Any person, subject to our sole discretion, is eligible to sign up for the CAPITASTAR Rewards Programme at the Self-Service Kiosks in participating CapitaLand Malls as determined in our sole discretion, the programme website, via the programme mobile application, or by such other means as determined by us from time to time in our sole discretion. 

3. All participants must be at least 16 years old on the date they sign up for the CAPITASTAR Rewards Programme. 

4. One (1) lucky draw chance will be issued with every $30 spent in a single receipt at any F&B outlets of the participating CapitaLand Malls – Westgate, JCube and IMM (up to a maximum of 10 chances per shopper per receipt) during the promotion period based on receipts’ dates. New outlets that commence after 13 April 2018 will be excluded from this lucky draw.

5. Two (2) lucky draw chances will be issued with every $30 spent in a single receipt at any Triple Treats F&B outlets of the participating CapitaLand Malls – Westgate, JCube and IMM (up to a maximum of 20 chances per shopper per receipt) during the promotion period.

7. Lucky draw chance(s) will be automatically updated after scanning the receipt(s) at the Self-Service Kiosks located in any participating CapitaLand Malls, CAPITASTAR mobile app for iPad®, iPhone® and iPod touch® and/or CAPITASTAR website at www.capitastar.com. Receipt(s) may also be scanned and/or uploaded at the customer service counter at IMM and JCube, or the concierge at Westgate.

8. All receipts must be scanned and/or uploaded by 2359h of the following day of purchase (as per receipt date) at the Self-Service Kiosks, mobile app and website as mentioned above. Receipt(s) may also be scanned and/or uploaded at the customer service counter at IMM and JCube, or the concierge at Westgate.

9. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slip/s are not acceptable. Receipts for parking coupons, CashCard / stored value cards top-up, membership card, CapitaVoucher or shops’ vouchers, SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, movie tickets, tickets from pawn shops, money changer, bank, financial services, push carts and atrium roadshow are not applicable for lucky draw participation. For purchases made by instalments, only the first instalment receipt with the total value of the purchase will be eligible for use for participation. Qualifying amount to participate in lucky draw is based on nett purchase after deduction of discounts.

10. By scanning and uploading the receipt(s) through our Customer Service Counters, Self-Service Kiosks, mobile app and/or website after signing up as a CAPITASTAR Member will also mean automatic acceptance of Terms and Conditions for the draw. 

11. The draw will be conducted on 28 May 2018, 3pm at IMM Centre Management Office and 43 unique winners (as per NRIC No.) will each win the following prizes:

• 1st prize: $1,000 CapitaVouchers
• 2nd prize:  $600 CapitaVouchers
• 3rd prize:  $400 CapitaVouchers
• 40 consolation prizes: $100 CapitaVouchers each

12. Winners will be notified via email by 11 June 2018. Winners are requested to present their winners’ letters, original receipts and identification cards for verification. If any of the above criteria is not fulfilled, winning entries will be void.

13. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. All unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity.

14. The Management reserves the right to replace prizes with items of similar value.

15. The Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Management reserves the right to amend or change the conditions at any time without prior notice. Other Terms and Conditions may apply.

16.
