With great music pumping & group spinning, RPM™ takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints & flats. Spin to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift personal performance & boost cardio fitness.

Indoor Cycling Experience (ICE)
Indoor Cycling Experience (ICE) - is an indoor cycling workout, grooving and toning to pop hits from around the world. Suitable for all ages, gaining strength, endurance & stamina while we dance to the music.

Registration is mandatory. Please arrive at least 15 mins before the session begins as latecomers who miss the pre-activity safety and well-being checks will not be allowed to participate. Participants to bring own towel and in proper attire/shoes.
