Car

Car park facilities are available from Basement 3 to Basement 4 with over 400 lots.

Car park entrance from North Bridge Road (turn right after drop-off point) and Hill Street (turn left after Excelsior Shopping Centre)  

Drop-off points are located along North Bridge Road, Hill Street and B2 drop off (accessible via North Bridge Road car park entrance)

Wheelchair access lots are located at Lobby A and Lobby C in both Basements 3 and 4.

Green Lots with Charging Stations are located at Basement 3 car park, Lot  no. 53 to 56 and Basement 4 car park, Lot no. 26 to 29 (4 lots on each floor, near Lift Lobby A)

Indoor Cycling Path Usage Guidelines
  1. The indoor cycling path is a one-way only path. Entry is from Funan's North Bridge Road entrance only. 
  2. A speed limit of 10 km/h applies for Cycling and riding of devices on the indoor cycling path.
  3. Walking of bicycles and devices is allowed on Level 1 only.
  4. No bicycles and devices are allowed on any escalator or passenger lift except Lift FL3. 
  5. No parking along the path. Unattended bicycles not parked at designated lots will be removed.

Outdoor Cycling Path Usage Guidelines
  1. The outdoor cycling path is a two-way path and is open for cycling and riding 24/7. 
  2. No parking along the path. Unattended bicycles not parked at designated lots will be removed. 

All cyclists and riders are required to abide by LTA's Rules and Code of Conduct for cyclists, and riders of personal mobility devices (PMDs), power-assisted bicycles (PABs) and personal mobility aids (PMAs) under Singapore's Active Mobility Act, and the rules stipulated above, as a condition to the use of such bicycles and devices in the mall. Funan shall not be responsible for any incidents, injuries, damage or losses arising directly or indirectly in connection with the use of such bicycles and devices in the mall. 

Facilities
Bike Lots - Level 1
Located at Level 1 near the Bike hub, there are 62 bike parking lots. Unattended bicycles not parked at designated lots will be removed. 

Bike Lots - Basement 3
Take the service lift from Level 1 (beside Mincheng Bibimbap) to Basement 3 to park your bike. There are a total of 92 bike parking lots at Basement 3 bike bay. 

Shower Area - Bike Hub, Level 1
CapitaStar members are able to access the Bike Hub Shower Area by scanning their unique QR Code. The facilities in the Shower Area include 3 shower stalls, 6 lockers, and a hair dryer.

Shower Area - Near Lobby C, Basement 2
CapitaStar members are able to access the Basement 2 Shower Area by scanning their unique QR Code. The facilities in the Shower Area include 2 shower stalls, and a hair dryer.

Urban Farm (Level 7)
Urban Farm is accessible via Lobby A. Please note that pets are not permitted within the mall premises.

Roof Garden (Level R)

Roof Garden is accessible via Lobby B.  Kindly take note of the following rules and regulations:

  1. No Picnics on the Grass: Please refrain from spreading picnic blankets or setting up picnics directly on the grassy areas of the roof garden.

  2. Utilize Benches and Tables: For picnics and gatherings, please use the designated benches and tables provided. These areas are suitable for enjoying meals and snacks.

  3. Food and Drinks Allowed: Feel free to bring along food and beverages to enjoy in the roof garden, but please ensure to dispose of any waste properly in designated bins.

  4. No Sitting on the Grass: To maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the grassy areas, refrain from sitting or lounging directly on the grass.

  5. No Practicing on the Grass: While the roof garden is a lovely space for various activities, please avoid practicing any activities like yoga, sports, or exercises on the grass.

  6. No Picking of Plants and Flowers: Please do not pick or damage the plants and flowers.

  7. Maintain Noise Level: Please keep noise levels reasonable to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

  8. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the roof garden area.

  9. No Pets Allowed: Please note that pets are not permitted within the mall premises, except during designated pet-friendly events. 

By adhering to these rules, we can all contribute to the upkeep and enjoyment of our roof garden for everyone to appreciate. Thank you for your cooperation!

The Urban Farm is located on Level 7 which is accessible from Lobby A and it opens from 10am to 10pm daily.

The BBQ Pit at the Roof Garden is not open for public bookings.

The electric car charging bay is located at B3/ B4 carpark. 

The drop-off point and taxi stand is located at Level 1 at North Bridge Road and Hill Street entrances.

The mailbox for mailing out letters is located outside the mall, near Excelsior Hotel. Exit from Coleman street entrance.

The passport photo vending machine is located at Level 1 outside the mall on Hill Street side.

Electronic Bin is located inside Best Denki and Lenovo at Level 3.

Recycle bottle vending machine is located at Level 3, outside COURTS.

Recycle battery bin is located inside FairPrice Finest at Basement 1.
