Tsuta is the World's first ramen eatery to receive One Michelin Star. The Ramen eatery is known for its truffle based Shoyu Soba. Its Shoyu is imported from a brewery from Wakayama Prefecture where the beans are aged for 2 years. The signature broth is a blend of Chicken, Clam and Japanese fish broths. Driven by his ambitious desire to create truly original flavours, Chef Yuki Onishi sought to redefine the classic Ramen experience; without any artificial flavors or MSG.
