Our Customer Service Counter (at Basement 1) operates from 11am to 9pm daily (with effect from 1 Oct 2020).
Last queue number will be issued at 9pm.

Extension of expiry for physical vouchers expiring between 1 April and 31 August 2020 can be requested from 19 June 2020. Extension requests before the voucher expiry dates are strictly not allowed. Rates: $2.50 per entry
