► Kickboxing by Health Promotion Board
Channel your inner martial artist with Kickboxing at Star Vista. A discipline that incorporates kicking and punching to develop strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness for the ultimate training session.
Turn up the music and hit the dance floor with Zumba- a heart-pumping, sweat drenching workout that will boost your cardio, balance and flexibility and guarantee an awesome time!
► Fitness Dance® by Fitness Dance Academy
Fitness Dance® is a 60 minute dance and fitness session which is uniquely a hybrid system that is fun and effective. It emphasizes on breathing techniques and proper static and dynamic stretching to prevent any injuries.
The genre of songs include Pop, Hip hop, K-pop, Belly dance and Latino (Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, etc).
*Participants are encouraged to bring along their own exercise mats for the Fitness Dance® workout sessions on Wednesdays.
► Body Combat™ by Virgin Active
Step into a Body Combat™ workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A Les Mills™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
