    1.What is Westgate’s operating hours?

    A: Our mall operating hours are 10am to 10pm daily.

    2.How many shops will resume operations on 6 June?

    A: Most of our stores will resume operations on 6 June. As the operating hours of the stores may vary, please check with the individual stores for more details.

    3.Is the Concierge open?

    A: Our team of friendly Concierge will be back to serve you 11am to 9pm daily from 6 June onwards.

    4.Is the redemption service for CapitaVoucher available?

    A: Yes, you can redeem CapitaVouchers at the Concierge, located at Level 3.

    5.Can I order food delivery via Capita3Eats?

    A: Yes, you can order your favourite F&B brands at Westgate through the Capita3Eats platform.

    6.Is there a grace period for parking in Westgate?

    A: The grace period of 30 minutes parking is valid until further notice.
