Jason Leow
Chief Executive Officer
CapitaLand DevelopmentJason Leow is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CapitaLand Development. Prior to his current appointment, Jason was President, Singapore & International of CapitaLand Group, where he was responsible for the businesses within CapitaLand’s core markets of Singapore, Vietnam, as well as other international markets (excluding China and India).
Jason’s career with CapitaLand started over 26 years ago in 1994. Almost half of his tenure with the Group was spent growing the Group’s businesses in China. From 2009 to 2014, Jason was the CEO of CapitaLand China. Under his leadership, the China team streamlined and grew the residential and integrated development businesses, including the development and operations of eight Raffles City projects in China. In 2014, he returned to Singapore and took on the role of CEO and Executive Director of CapitaLand Mall Asia. In 2017, Jason was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer of CapitaLand Group and was responsible for efficient and cost-effective support services for business operations across geographies and asset classes globally. Subsequently, Jason was appointed CapitaLand’s President for Asia* and Retail.
Jason is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Fudan University and in 2007, he attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

Tan Yew Chin
Chief Executive Officer
CapitaLand Development (Singapore)Tan Yew Chin is Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of CapitaLand Development (Singapore). He is responsible for CapitaLand Development’s businesses in Singapore across all asset classes.
Before this appointment, Yew Chin was CEO, CapitaLand Singapore, responsible for CapitaLand’s retail, residential and workspace businesses in Singapore. Prior to joining CapitaLand in July 2019, he was CEO, Singapore & South East Asia, Ascendas-Singbridge, where he oversaw investment and development management and asset management in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.
Yew Chin has more than 30 years of real estate experience across the fields of investment, development and asset management. He was one of the pioneers who helped set up Technology Park Pte Ltd (the predecessor of Arcasia Land and Ascendas) in 1990 and was instrumental in establishing and growing the Singapore portfolio. Yew Chin started his career in 1987 with Colliers Goh and Tan, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of residential, industrial and commercial properties.
Yew Chin holds a Bachelor of Science (Building) from the National University of Singapore.

Ben Lee
Chief Executive Officer
CapitaLand Development (China)
Ben is Chief Executive Officer, CapitaLand Development (China). He is responsible for CapitaLand Development’s businesses in China across all asset classes.
Prior to joining CapitaLand Development, Ben was the Chief Operating Officer of Keppel Land. He joined Keppel Land in 2007 and held various senior appointments in China including roles in business development and operations. He was appointed President, China of Keppel Land in March 2016.
Ben has 25 years of international real estate development experience, including 16 years in China. He has a proven track record in driving strong business growth and has a deep knowledge of the China market as well as an extensive business network. For his exceptional contributions in China, Ben was awarded the Magnolia Award by the Shanghai Municipal Government in 2019.
Ben holds a Master of Finance from the Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Science (Major in Building) from the National University of Singapore. He has also completed a Senior Executive Leadership Program - China at Harvard Business School.

Ronald Tay
Chief Executive Officer
CapitaLand Development (Vietnam)Ronald Tay is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CapitaLand Development (Vietnam). He is responsible for CapitaLand Development’s businesses in Vietnam across all asset classes. Ronald has been overseeing the business growth and expansion of CapitaLand Group’s investment and development opportunities in Vietnam since 2020.
Prior to his current role, Ronald held several appointments in the CapitaLand Group, including CEO, CapitaLand Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia; and CEO, Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited, where he spearheaded the overall strategic planning and led the implementation of the business, investment and operational strategies of Ascott Residence Trust.
Ronald has been with CapitaLand Group since 2001 and has an all-rounded understanding of the Group’s business, from capital market, development, investment to asset management. He began his career in the banking industry where he spent nine years in various positions in Corporate & Investment Banking.
Ronald holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Tan Wee Hsien
Chief Executive Officer
CapitaLand Development (New Business & Strategic Planning)Tan Wee Hsien is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CapitaLand Development (New Business & Strategic Planning). He is responsible for formulating strategies to build new asset classes in CapitaLand Development’s core markets and to develop and expand the business and portfolios in new markets.
Prior to joining Capitaland Development, Wee Hsien was the Director & Head of Development Property, South Asia of Hongkong Land and he also held concurrent appointment as CEO, MCL Land. He joined Hongkong Land in 2007 to build up the residential and development property business in Southeast Asia.
Before joining Hongkong Land, Wee Hsien was the Head of Property in Great Eastern Holdings Limited, a public listed insurance company, overseeing Pan-Asia real estate investments that comprise direct assets and private equity investments. He had also held various positions in Jones Lang Lasalle and Ascendas in the early years of his career.
Wee Hsien has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, and he has in-depth knowledge and experience in the development business especially in Singapore and South East Asia.
Wee Hsien holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.

Goh Ah Moi
Chief Development Officer
CapitaLand Development (Singapore)
Goh Ah Moi is Chief Development Officer (CDO) of CapitaLand Development (Singapore) and is responsible for the company’s project development and management function in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. She also provides thought leadership in support of the company’s development strategy across all markets under the Centre of Excellence function.
Prior to this appointment, Moi was the Chief Development Officer, Singapore and International, CapitaLand Group. Moi has been with the company for 16 years, spending her first 11 years in project management as well as operation roles as part of the company’s retail business within the CapitaLand Group.
Moi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology, United Kingdom and Master of Science (Civil Engineering) from the National University of Singapore.

Chin Yean Cheng
Chief Financial Officer
CapitaLand Development
Chin Yean Cheng is Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Development. She oversees the functions of financial accounting and reporting, treasury and taxation.
Yean Cheng was previously the General Manager of CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd., where she oversaw the company’s corporate functions and asset management. Prior to that, she held various asset, investment and fund management positions at Ascendas-Singbridge. She was Senior Vice President, Investments and Capital Partners, supporting the company’s investments and portfolio management. She was also with the company’s two listed trusts, as General Manager, Portfolio Management (China) for Ascendas Reit; and Vice President, Asset & Investment Management for Ascendas India Trust, where she was responsible for operational performance of properties and for executing the Trusts’ investment strategies.
Yean Cheng has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has lived and worked in China, Thailand and Malaysia. Yean Cheng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Lorraine Ng
Head, Corporate Services
CapitaLand DevelopmentLorraine Ng is Head, Corporate Services of CapitaLand Development. She is responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function, which includes formulation and execution of HR strategies and policies, ranging from strategic manpower planning, leadership and talent development to employee engagement. Lorraine also oversees the CSR function where she drives the philanthropic and volunteerism efforts for the CapitaLand Group.
Prior to her current role, Lorraine was the Head of Group Organisation Development of CapitaLand Group, focusing on culture building, leadership & employee engagement, and internal communications. Before joining CapitaLand Group in 2019, Lorraine was Head of Group HR & Administration at Ascendas-Singbridge. Her past appointments also included Head of HR, Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd, and she had more than 16 years of experience with the Singapore Technologies Group of companies in various HR and administration roles.
As a HR professional, Lorraine contributes her time and expertise in various public organisations. Past appointments include serving as a Senior Assessor for the Business Excellence Awards, a member of the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) Industrial Relations Panel and a Tripartite Mediation Advisor under the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management.
Lorraine holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology & Psychology from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom.

Mary Judith De Souza
Head, Legal & Corporate Secretariat
CapitaLand DevelopmentMary Judith De Souza is Head, Legal & Corporate Secretariat of CapitaLand Development, responsible for the company’s legal and corporate secretariat function.
Prior to this appointment, Mary was Deputy Head, Group Legal & Corporate Secretariat of CapitaLand Group. Mary has many years of experience in practice as a corporate and commercial lawyer, as well as an in-house legal counsel, including about 15 years with Ascendas-Singbridge. During her career, Mary has gained exposure and first-hand knowledge of local and cross-border legal, commercial and operational issues and management experience.
Mary holds an L.L.B. (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She also holds a Master of Counselling (Psychology) from Monash University, Australia.
