A magnificent water-colour painting of the building where CapitaLand sets up its headquarters office, this work depicts the lofty tower viewed from a vantage point to the west of it, on a sunny afternoon with blue sky, white cloud, and the sun casting strong shadows.  The tower stands out from its neighbours with its great height and distinct curved top. The artist has omitted unessential details on the façade, focusing instead on the representation of the built form and the contrast between glass and stone.
