DIY Tote Bag Workshop

Give your old clothes a new lease of life! 

Join us for this virtual upcycling workshop to make your own trendy tote bag using old t-shirts, conducted by teachers and students from Rainbow Centre Yishun Park School! The Workshop fee includes a limited-edition t-shirt designed by students from Rainbow Centre Yishun Park School, which you will use to make your own tote bag.

Workshop fee: $20 per pax (CapitaLand Workspace tenant) / $28 per pax (Non-tenant)

    1. What can we do with the limited-edition T-shirt provided in the craft kit? 
      For the purpose of this workshop, we will be using the T-shirt provided to you in the craft kit to make the totebag. This is to ensure standardised training instructions from our trainers to the participants.

    2. What do I need to prepare for this workshop? 
      You will need to prepare a pair of sharp scissors to be used for cutting the fabric of the t-shirt provided.

    3. I want to make more tote bags after this workshop! What t-shirts can I use to make the tote bag? 
      We recommend using cotton t-shirts as it is not stretchable and is easier to manage during the trimming process.
