Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion

a. NomadX May Promotion is organized by NomadX.

b. From 1 May to 21 May 2019, the promotion is exclusive to CapitaStar member of at least 16 years old on the date they sign up for the CapitaStar Rewards Programme and/or American Express Card Members.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

NomadX May Promotion:

2. This promotion is valid at the following participating retailers:

Coco & Frank, Jowaé, Evenodd, JBL, and DFW store

a. From 1 May - 21 May 2019, spend a minimum of $60 with participating tenants at NomadX to receive a $10 CapitaVoucher.

b. NomadX customers are able to combine 2 receipts within the participating tenants.

c. All redemptions are based on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. This promotion is valid at the following participating retailers: 

Bizen Okayama Wagyu Steakhouse

a. From 1 May - 21 May 2019, spend a minimum of $80 with participating tenants at NomadX to receive a $10 CapitaVoucher.

b. NomadX customers are able to combine 2 receipts within the participating tenants

c. All redemptions are based on a first-come, first-served basis.

General Terms and Conditions

a. Limited to 1 redemption per day only for the first 50 customers on weekdays and first 100 customers on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, excluding PH) during the promotion period.

b. Redemption qualifying amount is based on nett purchase after any discounts.

c. Receipts for purchases of participating retailers’ vouchers, top-up of membership cards and purchases at participating retailers’ e-commerce site are not applicable for redemptions.

d. Statement credit must be taken as they are and are strictly not exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity.

e. NomadX reserves the right to replace vouchers with any items of similar value.

f. Members need to present their original receipts at Plaza Singapura Customer service on the same day of purchase

g. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable. Receipts are not transferrable or reusable.

h. Promotion is applicable from 1 May to 21 May 2019

By participating in this promotion, you consent to NomadX, its subsidiaries, related corporations (collectively, the "Companies") and all trusts sponsored, owned or managed by any of the Companies (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and CapitaLand Group’s agents, business partners and authorised service providers collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing this personal data, in order to:

Inform you via mail, email, SMS, telephone and other means of communication (including via all and any of your Singapore telephone numbers in any of our records from time to time) about the products and services, offers, promotions, activities or events marketed or made available by any member of CapitaLand Group and/or its business partners, including in relation to (i) NomadX Who Runs the World Promotion is at Plaza Singapura, (ii) CapitaLand Group and (iii) any of the properties, developed, owned or managed by the CapitaLand Group (collectively, the "Marcom Activities"); and conduct consumer and market research in respect of products, services and Marcom Activities which may be relevant to you.

                    i. You further agree that the consents granted herein do not supersede or replace any other consents which you may have previously provided to CapitaLand Group in respect of your personal data, and are additional to any rights which CapitaLand Group may have at law to collect, use or disclose your personal data.

                    ii. NomadX’s decision is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

i. NomadX reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
