CONCEPT & DESIGN
Designed to inspire a new generation
CapitaSpring, the new 51-storey high integrated development is a cutting-edge skyscraper at 280 metres tall, on par with the tallest in Raffles Place that will energise Singapore's city skyline.
At multiple elevations, the façade peels open to reveal urban oases for its inhabitants and the surrounding city – animating the elegant smoothness of modern architecture and the ubiquitous tropical nature.
The building is an exciting collaboration between renowned award-winning architects, Bjarke Ingels Group, whose significant works include VIA West 57 and Google Mountain View Campus, and international design and innovation office Carlo Ratti Associati, whose noteworthy achievements include the renovation of the Agnelli Foundation HQ in Torino and the sharing community in Patrick Henry Village.

A 15m tall atrium, known as the City Room will be seamlessly integrated into a lushly vegetated, generously shaded plaza and park with a crescendo of greenery that spreads out into the city, a green breathing space in the high-density Central Business District.
Up in the tower, between the Grade A office floors and modern serviced residences, is a Green Oasis – a spectacular feature comprising four contiguous and connected floors of open-air, landscaped and technology-enabled shared areas. It will also house a show kitchen, cafe, pilates deck, a jungle gym, meeting rooms and an amphitheatre.

At the top of the tower is a rooftop garden, where Singapore’s highest urban farm is located, and a restaurant, offering panoramic views of the city.
