  • What is the back-to-office Tenant Services Pack?

    The back-to-office Tenant Services Pack consist of  5 services that are specially curated by CapitaLand and offered to all tenants at preferential rates. These services will help you better prepare yourselves for the upcoming regulations by the government as well as further enhance the safety of your workplace as you re-open your offices.

  • Is the take-up mandatory?

    No, it is not mandatory to sign up for all services. We offer the flexibility to tenants to customize the solutions to meet your specific needs.

  • Who are the service providers?

    We have a panel of service providers and trusted partners that we work with to provide you with these services at preferential rates. Please contact stephanie.dinh@capitaland.com to find out more.

  • Are we able to view these services (demo virtually) first?

  • What is CapitaStar@Work?

    CapitaStar@Work is a mobile application enabling office communities of CapitaLand to connect with each other and their workplace. You can use the app to register for activities, access your building shared amenities and spaces, enjoy special deals and promotions from the retailers in the building, and connect with each other through social interest groups. The app is free for download on Google Play and App Store.

  • Are all my staff required to download CapitaStar@Work?

    For the Employee Pulse Survey and Contact Tracing services, it is required for all staff to install the CapitaStar@Work app. These services will be made available through the app to tenants who subscribed to these services only.
