Our Customer Service Counter (at Level 2, in front of Watson's) operates daily between 11am to 9pm. Extension of expiry for physical vouchers expiring between 1 April and 31 August 2020 can be requested from 19 June 2020. Extension requests before the voucher expiry dates are strictly not allowed. Fri 5.00pm onwards, Sat, Sun & PH
Whole day: $3.00 for 1st 2 hrs
Subsequent 10 mins or part thereof: $0.30
