1. Where can I loan accessibility / community shared items?
The health of our shoppers is of utmost importance to us. Due to the ever changing Covid situation, we have ceased the loaning of community shared items such as strollers, prams, battery packs and wheelchairs to better protect you. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Bukit Panjang Plaza is opened from 10am to 10pm. As each of the stores have different operating hours, please contact the individual stores to enquire to avoid disappointment.

Our Fire Command Centre is located near 7 Eleven. Please note that the Fire Command Centre is not accessible to the general public and is for official use only.

As we digitalise our services, the customer service counter will be closed with effect from 1 September 2022. The Community Centre is located across from our mall - exit by the link bridge located at Level 2, in front of FairPrice Finest exit.

The Garden Plaza is located on Level 4 and is open from 10am to 10pm daily.

The electric car charging bay is located at B1/ B2 carpark.

The drop off point/ taxi stand and trolley point is located at Level 1 near the main entrance.

The mailbox for mailing out letters is located outside the mall, opposite 7-Eleven.

The passport photo vending machine is located at Level 1 outside the mall near taxi stand.

The AXS / SAM machine is located at Level 1.

21. Where are the Kiddy Rides / Recycle Bin / Recycle Bottle located?
Kiddy Rides are located from Level 1 to Level 3. Recycle bottle vending machine is located at Level 1. Recycle Bin waste is located at Level 2 and Level 4 both near the lifts. Electronic Bin is located inside Harvey Norman at Level 3 and FairPrice Finest at Level 1.
