Bedok Mall is opened from 10am to 10pm. As each of the stores have different operating hours, please contact the individual stores to enquire to avoid disappointment.

Our Fire Command Centre is located at Level 2, near the entrance of the bus interchange. Please note that the Fire Command Centre is not accessible to the general public and is for official use only.

As we digitalise our services, the Customer Service Counter will be closed with effect from 1 October 2023.
