COMMUNITY FUNCTIONALITY

1.         In addition to the General Terms and Conditions, the following provisions apply in respect of your use of any posting, communities, and /or other message or communication facilities functionality ("Community Functions") in the App.

2.         In addition to the relevant restrictions contained therein in Clause 1.5 of the General Terms and Conditions, you agree that when using any Community Functions, you shall not directly or indirectly engage in any of the following conduct:

(a) doing any act, including without limitation the posting of any content which is illegal or contrary to law or any guidelines or content licensing requirements, any content which may be in breach of, including without limitation, the Broadcasting (Class Licence) Notification or the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act or cause us to be in breach of the same;

(b) defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening, pestering, soliciting, offending, insulting, abusing, doxing (as defined in the Protection from Harassment Act (Cap 256A)), injuring any other Users, or committing any unlawful or tortious acts against other Users or otherwise violating the legal or other rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;

(c) publishing, posting, uploading, distributing or disseminating any content with is inappropriate, improper, profane, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, lewd, crude, indecent, inaccurate, false, misleading, illegal, political, racist, religious, blasphemous, unlawful or which contains depictions of violent or sexual acts;

(d) impersonating any person or entity, including, but not limited to, our employees, forum moderators, administrators, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;

(e) uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or subject to contractual or fiduciary obligations (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

(f) advertising or offering to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose;

(g) conducting or forwarding contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;

(h) downloading any file posted by another User of a Community that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;

(i) falsifying or deleting any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;

(j) restricting or inhibiting any other User from using and enjoying any Community Functions;

(k) collecting or storing personal data about other Users;

(l) soliciting funds or donations;

(m) violating any laws, or violate any proprietary rights of any third parties.

3.         You agree and acknowledge that when you interact with any other Users in any Community Functions, you shall:

(a) post relevant topics or replies;

(b) not put up any false, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information;

(c) not post any topic, chats, or replies advertising your brand(s), service(s), or product(s).

4.         Governing Law

Your access and use of any Community Functions shall be governed by Singapore law and you agree that the Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating thereto.
