SPACES BOOKING

1.       In addition to the General Terms and Conditions, the following provisions apply in respect of your use of any venue/facility/spaces booking functionality (“Book Spaces”) in the App.

2.      Bookings are subject to venue availability and confirmation in writing and are non-transferable.

3.      Bookings must be submitted at least 14 working days before the event.

3.      Logistics required must be made known at least 5 working days before the event. An administrative charge of $50.00* for last minute amendments and requests may apply.

4.      Minimum booking of 4 consecutive hours for Big Picture (Theatre) is required.

5.      The management reserves the right to reject or cancel any bookings by giving at least 3 days’ notice to the organiser.

6.      Booking time must include setup and dismantling time.

7.       No food and drink are permitted at all times in all venues.

8.      A full payment is required within 5 business days upon submission of booking form. Payment to be made by bank transfer or cheque payable to HTSG- CAPITACOM CT COLL.

9.      A cancellation fee* will apply if booking is cancelled less than 14 working days before the event date. Cancellation or amendments must be done in writing to custsvc-ct@capitaland.com. Cancellation fees are charged in accordance to the schedule below:

50% of Total Cost

7 working days before the event

100% of Total Cost

10.      Housekeeping fees are applicable to bookings ending on or after 9.00pm on weekdays ($60.00*) and 5.00pm on Saturdays ($80.00*).

11.      Venue rates are subjected to changes and will take effect immediately. Venue rates are exclusive of prevailing Goods & Services Tax.

12.      The Management of Capital Tower reserves the right not to open the premises for use, if full payments are not made in accordance with clause No. 8.
