Terms and Conditions for 50% off with CapitaStar@Work
The Promotion
1. 50% off with CapitaStar@Work (“Promotion”) is organised by CapitaLand Commercial Management Pte Ltd (the “Organiser”).
2. The Promotion is open to members of the public residing in Singapore, including staff of CapitaLand Limited (the “Customer”).
3. Promotion period is from 5 October to 30 November 2020 (the “Promotion period”), or until fully redeemed.
4. Promotion is only valid for use at participating retail outlets at Asia Square Tower 2, CapitaGreen, Capital Tower, One George Street and Six Battery Road.
5. Promotion is valid for in-store redemption through CapitaStar@Work for dine-in and takeaway and for online redemptions through Capita3Eats for takeaway or delivery.
6. The discount is capped at $15, with no minimum purchase required.
7. Promotion is only valid for food and beverage purchases and not valid for use on alcoholic drinks except for purchases from Century Wines.
8. The Promotion is subject to the individual participating outlet’s terms and conditions, which may include a minimum purchase for delivery options.
9. The Promotion is non-refundable or exchangeable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
10. The Organiser is not a supplier of any products or services and will not accept any liability in relation to any of the products purchased or services rendered.
11. In conjunction with the Promotion, the Organiser will be conducting a weekly giveaway (the “Giveaway”) during the Promotion period on its official Instagram page, @yourworkplacecommunity.
12. To qualify for the Giveaway, participants must fulfill all requirements indicated in the Giveaway post.
13. Five winners (“Giveaway Winners”) will be randomly picked each week.
14. Winners will each receive a prize (“Giveaway Prizes”) stated in the Giveaway post.
15. The Giveaway Prizes are not exchangeable for cash from the Organiser and are not transferrable to any other persons.
16. The Organiser and its partner(s) in this Promotion and/or Giveaway reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice or any liability to any party.
17. By participating in this Promotion and/or Giveaway, the Customer agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant, directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion and Giveaway. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser, and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.
18. The Organiser reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
19. The Organiser's decision is final, and no correspondence shall be entertained.

Personal Data
21.1 All Participants may be required to provide their Personal Data to redeem the Promotion and/or participate in the Giveaway. Such personal data may include without limitation the Participant's full name, Singapore telephone number, and email address. Participants acknowledge that in providing their Personal Data, they consent to allowing their personal data being processed, collected, used and/ or disclosed for the purposes of fulfilling the Promotion by the Organiser and other members of the CapitaLand Group and for the Giveaway Organiser to organise the Giveaway. In addition, the Participants acknowledge that the Organiser may instruct agents, service providers and consultants, in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, to process, collect, use and disclose such Personal Data for the purposes of fulfilling the Promotion and/or Giveaway such as, but not limited to, sending updates and any changes (if any) to the Promotion date.
21.2 The CapitaLand Group reserves the right to use the names, pictures, photographs or likeness of any Giveaway Winners in their marketing, publicity or promotional materials at their sole discretion without notice to the Participant or Giveaway Winners or require any Participant or Giveaway Winners to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities.
21.3 The CapitaLand Group may also use Customers’ aggregated personal data to conduct analyses on their overall effectiveness of organising the Promotion to help it to review, improve, develop and efficiently coordinate future Promotions and/or Giveaway conducted by any member of the CapitaLand Group.
