1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Prosperous Rewards on CapitaStar (the “Promotion”) is exclusive to members of CapitaStar Rewards (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member to qualify and participate in this Promotion. CapitaStar Rewards (Refer to CapitaStar Rewards Programme) is only awarded for the qualifying spend at participating CapitaLand Malls as shown in the table below.
1.2. The Promotion is organised by CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
1.3. The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is from 3 January to 5 February 2023, both dates inclusive.
1.4. The Promotion mechanics of the “Prosperous Rewards on CapitaStar” Promotion are as follows:
1.4.1. Eligible Shoppers must spend the minimum transactional value at the relevant participating CapitaLand Mall as shown in the table below (“Qualifying Spend”) to receive the relevant amount of eCapitaVoucher (eCV) (“Reward”).

1.4.2. Eligible Shoppers can combine any number of receipts with transactional value of Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) or more from the same participating CapitaLand Malls on the same day (“Eligible Transaction/ Receipt”) subject always to Clause 3.2 of this Terms and Condition herein. To satisfy the Qualifying Spend of Singapore Dollars One Hundred and Fifty (S$150), at least one of the Eligible Transaction/ Receipt shall need to have a minimum transactional value of Singapore Dollars Fifty (S$50).
1.4.3. Eligible Shoppers can combine any number of Eligible same-day Transaction/ Receipt within the same participating CapitaLand Mall, during each day of the Promotional Period, to qualify for the eCV Reward. Only receipts snapped and uploaded to the CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase will be accepted for the purposes of satisfying the Qualifying Spend. For purchases made via eCV, Eligible Shoppers are still required to snap the receipts and upload to the CapitaStar app on the same day of purchase. For purchases made via DBS payment mode – DBS/POSB Credit or Debit cards and DBS Paylah! (DBS Paylah! account must be linked to CapitaStar app) no scanning of receipt(s) is necessary. Receipts with transactional value of less than Singapore Dollars Twenty (S$20) shall not be accepted, for this Promotion, to be combined to satisfy the Qualifying Spend.
1.4.4. Each Member may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward per participating CapitaLand Mall per day of the Promotion Period.
1.5. The eCV Reward will be available for redemption through the CapitaStar app from 10am on each day of the Promotion Period. Eligible Receipts snapped and submitted through the CapitaStar app before 10am will not qualify for the Promotion.
1.6. The eCV Reward will be automatically credited directly into the CapitaStar App of the Qualifying Eligible Member upon qualification of all Eligible Receipt(s) snapped and approved.
1.7. The eCV Reward awarded in this Promotion will expire in three (3) months from the date of issuance. Eligible Shoppers can tap on the “Voucher” tab from the CapitaStar App main screen to view the Reward and the expiry date. The Organiser shall not be obliged to entertain any request to extend the validity of the eCV Reward.
1.8. The eCV Reward in this Promotion is provided on a first-come-first-served basis and redemption of the respective Reward is subject to availability at the respective Participating CapitaLand Mall, while stocks last.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall not be eligible for the Promotion:
a. employees of any retail tenants in the Participating Malls; and
b. persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.
2.2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any eCV Reward) to be in breach of the relevant eligibility or qualifying criteria. Any eCV Reward awarded to any member may be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly and may be dealt with the Organiser’s sole discretion.
3. QUALIFYING SPEND
3.1. Only the total final amount paid as indicated on the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) issued by the participating store(s) will be accepted for this Promotion. NETS or credit/debit card transaction slips are not acceptable in place of original copies of shopping receipts.
3.2. Notwithstanding Clause 1.4 of this Terms and Conditions hereinabove, receipt(s) from car grooming services, SingPost transactions, purchase of parking coupons, purchase or top up of Cashcard / stored value cards, purchase or top up of stores’ membership card, gift cards and vouchers (i.e. CapitaVouchers / eCapitaVouchers or participating stores’ vouchers), SISTIC transactions, AXS / SAM machines transactions and bill payments, purchase of lottery tickets, purchase of movie tickets and food and beverages at cinema, any transactions at pawn shops and money changer, bank and other financial institutions’ transactions, transactions from pushcarts and stalls at temporary roadshows at the participating malls, and transactions from supermarkets (Cold Storage, FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, and GIANT) are not eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions at Cold Storage at Aperia, Don Don Donki at JCube, Eccellente by HAO mart at Westgate, FairPrice at SingPost Centre and Scarlett Supermarket at JCube, Lot One & Westgate. shall be recognized for the purposes of this Promotion. For purchases of goods and services made by instalments, only the instalment receipt showing the value of the purchase(s) made on the same day of the redemption, will be eligible for use as a receipt in this Promotion for CapitaStar Rewards programme. Receipt(s) from deposit placements, order placements, and payments using tenant / credit card loyalty points will not be accepted for the purposes of this Promotion.
3.3. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipts and/or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
3.4. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all purchases made by the Eligible Shopper and the tax invoice(s)/ receipt(s) before processing the redemption of the eCV Reward in the Promotion.
3.5. Receipts shall be considered expended for the purposes of this Promotion and other promotions in the CapitaLand Mall when it is used to redeem the eCV Reward. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of multiple eCV Rewards. Receipts cannot be used for redemption of more than one promotion at any CapitaLand Mall.
4. LUCKY DRAW – “A TRIP TO HONG KONG DISNEYLAND RESORT” DRAW
4.1. A Trip to Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (the “Lucky Draw”) is exclusive to members of the CapitaStar Rewards Programme (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”) and is organised by CapitaStar Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Lucky Draw T&Cs”).
4.2. The lucky draw period (“Lucky Draw Period”) is between 3 January 2023 to 29 February 2024, both dates inclusive.

4.3. The DBS/POSB Cardmembers’ Exclusive (the “DBS/POSB Promotion”) is exclusively for members of CapitaStar Rewards programme who have linked their CapitaStar account on DBS PayLah! and made purchases with the relevant DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards and/or DBS PayLah! (referred to as “DBS/POSB Eligible Shopper”). DBS/POSB Eligible Shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a member and link their CapitaStar account to qualify and participate in this DBS/POSB Promotion.
4.4. The Lucky Draw mechanics of “A Trip to Hong Kong Disneyland Resort” Lucky Draw are as follows:
4.4.1. All Eligible Shopper will receive one (1) Lucky Draw chance with each qualifying receipt by spending Singapore Dollars Sixty ($60) in a single receipt at any of the participating CapitaLand malls throughout the Qualifying Period(s) in Clause 4.2.1.
4.4.2. The participating malls in the Lucky Draw are Aperia Mall, Bedok Mall, Bugis Junction, Bugis+, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Clarke Quay, Funan, IMM, JCube, Jewel Changi Airport, Junction 8, Lot One, Plaza Singapura, Raffles City Singapore, SingPost Centre, The Atrium@Orchard, Tampines Mall and Westgate.
4.4.3. One (1) lucky draw chance will be credited when an Eligible Shopper snaps and uploads a qualifying receipt via the CapitaStar mobile app during the relevant Qualifying Period(s).
4.4.4. DBS/POSB Promotion: DBS/POSB Eligible Shopper who spend a minimum of Singapore Dollars ($60) in a single receipt with DBS/POSB payment modes (DBS/POSB credit or debit cards excluding UPI, and/or DBS PayLah! via NETS QR) will receive double (2X) Lucky Draw chances during the Lucky Draw Period.
4.5. For avoidance of doubt, except for qualifying receipt(s) at JEWEL Changi Airport, DBS/POSB Eligible Shoppers will be automatically enrolled into the Lucky Draw without the need to upload an image of their qualifying receipt(s) on the CapitaStar app. DBS/POSB Eligible Shoppers will have to manually snap and upload qualifying receipt(s) at JEWEL Changi Airport via the CapitaStar mobile app during the relevant Qualifying Period(s) to redeem double (2X) Lucky Draw chances.
4.6. Notwithstanding Clause 4.5., a DBS/POSB Eligible Shopper can also accumulate Lucky Draw chances through scanning of receipts via the CapitaStar mobile app.
4.7. There is no limit to the number of Lucky Draw chances an Eligible Shopper can accumulate throughout each relevant Qualifying Period(s) for the relevant Draws. Snowballing of chances from one draw to the next draw shall not be allowed. All accumulated chances will be reset at the start of each Qualifying Period(s).
4.8. Eligible Shoppers shall be disqualified and excluded from any future Draws after the Eligible Shopper has won a Lucky Draw prize in this Lucky Draw.
4.9. The Lucky Draw Prizes are outlined below and the Organiser reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the Prize(s) with any other item(s) of similar value. Further details on the Lucky Draw Prize(s) will be provided as soon as they are available.

4.10. The Lucky Draw Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash and/or any item or otherwise, either partially or wholly.
DBS/POSB Promotion: In each Lucky Draw Qualifying Period, the first 2,000 DBS/POSB Eligible Shopper who spend a minimum of Singapore Dollars ($60) in a single receipt with DBS/POSB payment modes will automatically receive Singapore Dollars Ten ($10) Gojek eVoucher via the CapitaStar mobile app. Capped at 1 code per DBS/POSB Eligible Shopper per Qualifying Period.
5. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
5.1. Eligible Shoppers must snap the receipt(s) through their CapitaStar App on the same day of purchase during the Promotion Period and only approved receipt(s) will qualify for this Promotion.
5.2. The eCV Reward (if any) cannot be exchanged for different denomination and are subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the eCapitaVouchers. Please refer to eCapitaVouchers terms and conditions.
5.3. By participating in this Promotion, the Member (CapitaStar members):
5.3.1. Acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Promotion including compliance with the Promotion Terms and Condition and that he/ she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s and Data Protection Policy available at https://www.capitaland.com/international/en/legal-notices/privacy-policy.html and may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
5.3.2. Agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the member directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Promotion. The member shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the member. Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the T&Cs set out herein, as well as any other requirements set out in any related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications there to as may be made from time to time.
5.4. Acceptance of any Reward shall constitute consent on the part of the Eligible Shopper to allow the use of his/ her name, image, voice and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
5.5. All eCV Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.
5.6. The eCV Reward shall be awarded on the presumption that the submitted tax invoice(s), receipt(s) and/ or charge slip(s) are original copies and valid. The Organiser may reject any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive. In the event any tax invoice, receipt and/ or charge slip is rejected by the Organiser as invalid, the Organiser shall reserve the right to void the eCV Reward and/or eVoucher awarded to the Eligible Shopper and recover the monetary value of the eCV Reward.
5.7. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this Promotion reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this Promotion and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
5.8. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Promotion or redeemed by vouchers or gift certificates and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
5.9. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Promotion Terms and Conditions.
5.10. This Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Promotion irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve all disputes.
5.11. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
5.12. Information stated in this Promotion’s Terms and Condition is correct at the time printing and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.13. The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Promotion, and exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the same.

- This Promotion is exclusive to CapitaStar Members (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). All shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a CapitaStar member to qualify and participate in this promotion.
- Eligible Shoppers must purchase eCapitaVoucher of minimum of $20 via the CapitaStar App to receive bonus 1,888 STAR$ (“Promotion”).
- Bonus 1,888 STAR$ (“Prize”) will be credited directly into the Qualifying Eligible Shopper’s CapitaStar upon successful transaction.

General Terms and Conditions:
- The Promotion is limited to the first 18,000 redemptions during the Promotion Period, on a first-come-first-served basis and redemption of the Prize is subject to availability of stocks.
- Each Eligible Shopper is limited to a maximum of 10 redemptions of the Prize during the Promotion Period.
- The Prize is provided as it is and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prize must be redeemed by the qualifying Eligible Shopper and is not transferable to any other shopper. The Organiser is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Prize has been redeemed in full. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
