BeShine has a total construction area of approximately 47,484 square meters. It is located at the southern end of Changsha's Wuyi commercial district, adjacent to the east bank of the Xiang River with unobstructed river views, directly facing Orange Isle across the water. The site enjoys seamless connectivity via Metro Line 3, Xiang River cruises, and sightseeing buses.

This project is dedicated to expressing the spirit of Hunan through innovative, non-standard architectural language. It aims to create a cultural landmark that bridges the ancient and the modern, establishing a new cultural hub for Changsha and serving as a fresh symbol of the city's dialogue with the world.
