Spanning 11,613 sqm, the FM Global Centre boasts an array of facilities designed to meet FM Global's scientific research and engineering needs. These include interactive simulation laboratories that focus on natural hazards, showcasing the impact high-wind events, floods, and earthquakes have on properties. Learning spaces are also built into the facility, which encompass an immersive theatre that demonstrate the importance of risk improvement.

The FM Global Centre is well connected via the West Coast Highway, and is located a 15-minute drive from the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). It is also within walking distance to the Haw Par Villa MRT station, which serves the Circle line.
