Featuring typical floor plates of approximately 12,000 sq ft along with a regular and efficient layout, ABI Plaza enables flexibility in design and layout planning. In January 2022, the building underwent an asset enhancement exercise (AEI), and is now equipped with an elevated workspace experience encompassing a revamped main lobby, lift lobbies, and restrooms.

ABI Plaza is well connected via public transport, located within a 6-minute walk away from the Tanjong Pagar MRT station and the upcoming Prince Edward Road MRT station. There is also a bus stop situated right outside the building. ABI Plaza is also highly accessible by road, with its carpark opening up to the ERP gantry that leads to Keppel Road, Tanjong Pagar Road, and Lim Teck Kim Road.
