It is also conveniently close to Hujialou and Tuanjiehu subway stations, offering a superior location with excellent transportation links.

CapitaLand Investment acquired the property in October 2022 and started an asset enhancement initiative (AEI) to upgrade its facilities following the acquisition and leverage CLI’s extensive tenant network to optimise the property’s performance. In January 2024, CapitaLand Investment formed a joint venture with AIA Life Insurance to recapitalise the project and rename the building into AIA Financial Center · Beijing. It has been unveiled with a new look upon completion of the AEI.

As the first office building directly invested in by AIA Life Insurance in Beijing, AIA Financial Center · Beijing has attracted numerous financial and multinational companies under the management of CapitaLand Investment. Tenants include AIA, Budweiser, Unilever, and Walmart, among others.
